I want a hot dog, please. 一、教材分析：

本课的故事是在美国的Daming 和他的美国表兄Simon跟随Simon's dad 去一家快餐店就餐的经过。需要学生掌握的语言功能是如何在快餐店点餐：“Can I help you? I want a hot dog, please.”及如何询问价钱：“How much is it? It's thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.”本课的内容贴近学生的生活实际，有利于培养学生在真实的语言情景中运用英语进行交际的能力。

二、教学目标：

1.

全体学生能理解词汇cala,dollar,cent,enjoy,careful,Be careful! 2.

全体学生能运用词汇look；部分学生能运用词汇cashier,cola,dollar,cent,enjoy,careful,Be careful! 3.

全体学生能运用Can I help you?I want a hot dog,please.这类语句在快餐点餐。

三、能力目标：

1.

通过情景交际活动，营造探究的学习氛围，引导学生自主探究，培养学生听、说、读、写等综合能力。

2.

通过对话表演、小组比赛等活动多角度激发学生自主探究学习的积极性，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

Tape recorder, CAI, A paper of menu,A headwear of cashier. 六、教学过程：

（一）Warm up 1.

Greetings T:Hello,boys and girls。

S:Hello,Amy. T:Welcome to my English class! 2.

Sing a song. 播放音频，学生齐唱。

（二）Lead in. 1. Show some pictures of food to the students.(ppt)

T:Look at this picture.What’s this? S：It’s a hamburger. 师教学生hamburger的发音，学生跟读。用同样的方法分别教读：cola,hot dog. 2.教学活动1 （1）用ppt图片引入教学活动1. T：Where are they? S:They are in the restaurant. T:What do they want?Listen the tape. (播放教学活动一的对话后) T：What do they want? S:They want a hot dog and a hamburger. （再分别问Simon 和Simon’dad分别想要什么，根据学生回答，在ppt上显示答案。）

T：Does Simon want to eat this “hot”dog? S:No. T:A hot dog is a suasage in a bread. (PPT同步这个过程，方便学生了解hot dog 的真正含义) T：This is a hot dog.Can you use a word to discribe it? S：It looks _________. (课件出现热狗的图片和含有look的句子，让学生练习look的用法。)

T:Today,we will study Module 1 Unit 1:I want a hot dog. (引出本堂课主题，学生齐读) （三）Presentation 1.教学活动二

T:Who is he? S:He is Daming. T:Daming is in America.Simon and Simon’dad are taking him to the restaurant.Let’s have a look.What do they want? (播放教学活动二的对话) T:What do they want? S：They want a hot dog,two hamburger and three colas. T:What does Daming want? S：He wants a hot dog and a cola. T:What does Simon want? S：He wants a hamburger and a cola. T:What does Simon’dad want? S：He wants a hamburger and a cola. (板书答案) T:How much is it?Find the answer from your books and circle it. S:It's thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.（教读句子，学生个别读）

T:In this sentence,there are two new words (教读单词dollar和cent，并讲解，利用课件练习这两个单词。）

2.练习对话

（1）播放动画，学生逐句跟读。

（2）四个大组分角色读。

（3）个别学生分角色读。

（四）Practise 1.Do a game. T:I am a cashier.Can I help you? (老师是第一个收银员，随便问一个学生点餐，点完后，这个学生成为收银员，继续向下一个同学点餐。) 2.Group work. T:Practise like this.(课件呈现练习过程，师适当讲解,此过程中，师巡视，并给予帮助。请小组上来展示对话。) （五）Summary 齐读今天所学句型。

（六）Homework 熟读课文，并完成课文内容第四部分。

（七）Designs:
