While-reading Read the question together and then circle the key words. Summarize after finish 1~3 with the question. These are good feelings or bad feelings?Is it a good way to deal with sadness? So what is a good way to solve sadness? Then to finish 4 to summarize the right way to deal with sadness.

Lead in we should deal with our sadness in a right way. After reading Show some conditions of many kinds of feelings. Choose one of them to practice in groups. Make a report. Show every suggestions on PPT in order to show we should deal with different kinds of feelings in a right way.
