Unit 3 What time is it?

Part A let’s learn 教学目标：

1)能听、说、认、读与学习生活相关的单词:lunch ,English class ,music class ,breakfast ,P.E. class ,dinner . 2) 能够听懂会说日常用语并能熟练回答句子：“What time is it ?” “It’s …o’clock

.” “It’s time for...”.

3）能听懂Let’do的指示语，根据指示语做出相应的动作。

4) 学会表达时间的句子，能在现实生活中应用。

5）培养学生珍惜时间的品质和合理安排自己时间的习惯。重点培养学生的自主学习能力，及归纳能力，见词能读的能力。

教学重点

1.单词lunch ,English class ,music class, breakfast ,P.E. class , dinner 的音、形、义。

2. 句型“What time is it ?” “It’s …o’clock ” “It’s time for...”.的运用。

教学难点

1. breakfast 的发音。

2.运用所学词汇及句型“What time is it ?” “It’s …o’clock ” “It’s time for...”.

学与教的主要过程

Step 1.Warm-up 1.

Greetings: T:Good morning，boys and girls. How are you today ? S: Fine ,thank you ,and you ? T: I’m fine too.

Free talk: Look and say (课件选择图片进行练习) A: Mum what time is it ?

B: It’s …o’clock

A: It’s time for...

B: OK! Go to the…and …. 选两组展示看哪组表演的最好，语音语调到位，语速适中。1

展示完后，小组评价。

3.

Let’s sing

：《Ten Little Candles Dance 》

（设计意图：通过歌曲让学生进入学习英语的良好状态，同时对数字进行了复习，为新授知识“时间的表达”作了铺垫。）

4. Revision：复习各学科课本的英文表达（卡片/实物）

Step 2 Presentation

1. Lead-in (1) 分男、女生两大组，开展认数比赛，教师在课件上出示1-12这12个数字，引导学生分组开展抢数字活动。

(2)教师利用课件将这12个数字，在黑板上形成一个大钟。然后指着问：

T：What’s this? 引出单词clock T：clock can tell us time. 引出单词time （设计意图：以竞赛的形式复习数字，通过旧知识的滚动引出新知，自然巧妙的呈现出与本课内容相关的钟。）

（3）通过钟面呈现课题：What time is it？It’s …o’clock.

2. 新授：教师打开多媒体，在屏幕上展示出一幅图片：John’s day 约翰的一天。

T：“ He is John .This is a day about John. Now Let’s to know something about him , OK?”(教师用眼神和手势示意学生们回答) S:“OK!”

T:“OK ,Let’s go.”

3. 教授单词breakfast 教师拿着一张John在吃早餐的图片问，

T “Look! What is John doing?（约翰在做些什么呢?）He is eating (吃breakfast!（吃早餐）”然后教师引出breakfast这一个的单词,接着教师用升降调来带读breakfast, 学生跟读。

T：How to spell it ? S:“B-r-e-a-k-f-a-s-t, breakfast”

教师再将breakfast分音节来教学生，带读三遍。

做Let’s do 内容：It's time for breakfast. Let's drink some milk. 教师把教具钟拨道到8点，指着钟问：“What time is it ?”

S: It’s eight O’clock.(八点了) T: Yes ,you are right! It’s time for breakfast!”

教师将What time is it ? It’s time for …

.板书在黑板上。

教师教授Let’s do 内容It's time for breakfast. Let's drink some milk. 4. 教授单词English class . 教师出示课件图片钟表到9点，然后指着时钟说：“Oh ,It’s 9 O’clock ,what should we do ? (我们应该做些什么了呢？)”

S: “It’s time for English class(该上英语课的时候了) ”

T:“ Good，It’s time for English class .You are so clever !”接着老师用升降调来带读English class 这个单词，学生跟读，并要求学生拼出来。

T and S: “What time is it ? It’s 9 O’clock , It’s time for English

class.”(教师在黑板上板书) 教师教授Let’s do 内容It's time for English class.Let's read and write. 出示课件钟表10点

教授math class同种方法出示11点教授computer

class。

5. 教授单词lunch

教师出示课件图片钟表到12 点，然后摸摸自己的肚子“It’s 12 O’clock ,I’m hungry ,what should I do(我该做些什么呢？) ?”

S: 该吃中午饭了。

T: “Good , It’s time for lunch ,lunch ,lunch .”(教师带读，学生跟读) 教师同样方法教授Let’s do 内容It's time for lunch.Let's have some chicken. 6. 教授单词music class

教师课件出示教学图片，并把教具钟调到2点，指着钟面问：“What time is it ?”

S: “It’s 2 O’clock ！”

T：“It’s time for music class ,music class ,music class ,read after 3

me !”(老师带读，学生跟读) 教师同样方法教授Let’s do 内容It's time for music class.Let's sing and dance.

7. 教授单词P.E. class 教师先利用课件引出时间到3：00再继续操作多媒体，在屏幕上展示John等在操场上踢足球的图片，问：“What are they doing?(他们在做些什么呢？)

S:在上体育课。

T:“ Yes ,they are having P.E. class,(他们在上体育课) ”（教师详细教P.E. class这一单词）

教师同样方法教授Let’s do 内容It's time for PE class.Let's jump and run.

8. 教授单词dinner 教师同样先出示时间引导学生问答主要句型“What time is it ? It’s 6 O’clock，然后再播放出铃声,假设现在已经到了放学时间。在屏幕上展示出一张John在吃饭的图片，

T: “Listen ,the bell rings，class is over . John will go home. And It’s 6 O’clock now ,what should John do?”

T:“ It’s time for …”(为防止部分学生没有预习而无法正确的回答老师提出问题，因此，教师和学生一起回答，带出单词dinner) T and S: “dinner ,dinner(晚饭)”（教师用升调和降调带读单词，并且在黑板上板书）

S: “dinner，dinner.”

注：1. 教授新词：教学单词breakfast, lunch 9.

听音正音：出示A let’s learn视频，跟读单词及句子。

10. 同组之间互读单词及句子。

Step 3 ：Practice

1. 完成Let’s do 部分。教师播放Let’s do部分的录音，然后让全班学生站起来一边跟着读一边做动作。

2. Bomb game 3. 对话演示。

1）教师演示。

教师采用多媒体把John一天的时间表展示出来，然后指着再让学生breakfast出词汇，如果学生能发出正确的读音则给予4

鼓励，假如学生不能读出，则由教师带读两遍。

T: Look ,boys and girls ,This is a day about John , what time is it now ? S: It’s 8 O’clock, It’s time for breakfast .

T: Good ,you are right !you are so clever . 教师接下来用同样的方法带学生操练其他的词汇和句型。

2) 师生演示。

教师请出一个学生配合自己，按照上面的方式完成对话。

T：Now, I would ask a student to do the example for all the student ,who want to have a try ? S1: Let me have a try .

T: What time is it now?

S1: It’s 12 O’clock now. It’s time for lunch .

学生和老师展开对话训练，把单词“English class ,lunch ,music class ,P.E. class ,dinner. ”分别运用到句型中。

3）小组合作练习后生生演示。

教师让学生以同样的方式练习对话，熟记单词“lunch ,English class ,music class, breakfast ,P.E. class ,dinner .”

Step4 Consolidation

1. 自编Chant：课件给出自编的chant,学生按小组去练习。

小组展示并评价

当堂达标。见附页(选做)

Step 4 Homework

1.

抄写let’s learn 部分的单词及主要句型，注意规范书写。

2.

Remember the new words and sentences.

（用自己的方式记忆新学词汇和句子。看谁的方法最棒！）

同组之间根据let’s do 进行互动。
