After watching the video, can you tell me what does the boy want ? ( can you speak English? )If you can’t answer it. Let’s learn the dialogue together.

Look at the picture. There are two people. One is the shop assistant(售货员)，the other is the customer(顾客). If you go to the shop,what does the assistant say ? You can speak Chinese. From the gesture, can you guess the meaning of “what can I do for you ?”？

Now the customer says“ I want to buy a box of candies.ˮ Please circle the phrase “a box of candies”. This is a box of candies(show them). So Can you guess the meaning of “want to”and “buy” ?

And you need to know it’s price.你需要知道它的价格。What will you ask? “how much”means 多少钱？How much is it ? 它多少钱？

Look at here . How much is it? It’s 15 yuan. The last sentence. What’s the customer doing?男孩在干什么？Can you guess the meaning of “Here’s the money” ? Read the dialogue.

read the dialogue. (Now boys please stand up. You’re the assistant. Girls, you’re the customer. All of you can go one step.)Who can read this sentence? I’m the customer, I have a shopping list. I want to buy the following things. Let read what are they ? A box of…. Now please look at the price. This sign means yuan. How much is it? It’s seven…nine yuan. But actually it’s impossible. It’s seventy yuan. We can read ty [ ti ]. Who can read this one ? (eighty)How about this one?(ninety). The last one. One hundred. It’s one hundred yuan.

Read the new words on the blackboard. Ask students to read them.

But now I want to buy a box of eggs. It’s 72 yuan. I want to buy a box of milk. How much is it ? It’s 89 yuan. Let’s count. It’s 80 yuan.It’s 1…9 yuan. It’s 81…89 yuan. You have these things. Others are customers.Customers must bring your shopping list and money, choosing a kind of thing to buy. You can change the words to practice the dialogue. When you finished, tick it ! Pass the shopping list and money to next one.
