本课是第五单元第五课时，是一节关于职业和爱好的阅读课。我认为本课的宗旨在于培养学生的自主阅读能力，但在放手给学生时，还有一些重难点需要突破，所以在热身时，我就通过自由对话帮助学生复习有关爱好的句型，然后通过游戏“Shout out”和书上的练习“List five jobs”帮助学生复习有关职业的单词，最后通过“Guessing game”帮助学生理解句型“If…, you can…”。有了这些铺垫，新课就好开展很多，学生们对短文得理解也更容易一些。但是本节课仍然有一些不足：

1. 上课时，有些细节处理的不够到位。

2. 有些指令不够明确，从而导致学生在做练习时不知所措。

3. 给学生说的机会不够多。
