一、教学内容分析
本课是一篇中国古代寓言,学生对该寓言的大意很清楚,对该故事也很感兴趣。课文以过去时为主,对学生而言复述课文有一定的挑战性,老师应创设情境帮助学生理解课文重点句型,用图片、形象的动画与肢体语言帮助学生理解和上口,培养学生乐于开口、积极交流的好习惯。
二、教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1.词汇
field, suddenly, hare, ground, pick up, certainly, himself, from then on, any more, all day long, wait for 2.句型
A farmer was working in the fields. To pick up a hare is certainly easier than to work in the fields. (二)语言技能目标
1.能用正确的语音语调朗读课文;
2.能按要求记忆本课时的单词、词组、句型;
3.能用关键词组复述课文。
(三)学习策略目标
1.鼓励学生学会观察与归纳,积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。
2.鼓励学生积极参与实践,联系学习与生活实际,提高灵活运用所学知识的能力。
(四)情感态度目标
让学生在小组合作学习的过程中,培养互帮互助、互相学习的团队精神,激发学生学习热情,渗透珍惜时间、努力进取的德育教育。
(五)文化意识目标
加深对中国古代寓言的认识,拓展视野。
三、教学重、难点
1.单词的拼读,课文的理解及重点句的运用;
2.能用准确的词组复述课文。
四、教学策略
通过大量图片、多媒体课件并创设情境,帮助学生理解和复述课文;鼓励学生合作学习。
五、教学过程
(一)Chant
Two Little Hares Two little hares lived in a wood,
One was bad and one was good.
One went walking straight to school,
One went fishing in a small pool.
One learned to add-up and take-away,
One spent all of his time at play.
One helped mother when school was done,
One chased little boys just for fun.
If you were a hare and lived in a wood,
Would you be bad or would you be good? (二)呈现与操练

T:
If you were a hare and lived in a wood, would you be bad or would you be good? Why? (The bad are always in trouble.)
One day this hare chased boys again. Let’s watch and find out : What happened? Who saw this?
(播放守株待兔动画中的前一段)
T: There is a famous Chinese ancient fable about this hare and the farmer. What’s the name? (引入课题Unit 10 Waiting for Another Hare)
2. 看动画给图片排序,猜测故事大意,给每幅图配上简单的描述性的动
词,如:work, crash, die, pick up, no work, wait for…
3.听故事给句子排序。
4.在视觉和听觉了解了故事的基础上,由学生谈论故事的插图。同时学习词组和生词。
5.课文学习
(1) 带着问题看金太阳课件,然后回答问题。
How did the hare die? Did the farmer eat the hare? Did the farmer work any more after he picked up the hare?
(2) 跟读课文。
(3) Reading activities.
Avtivity1: 重点词组翻译,朗读游戏。
Activity2:
Funny reading.
(4) 利用图片与key words复述课文。
(5) 小组表演。
(6) 看动画结局,探讨寓意。
(三)巩固与发展
1.根据课文完成填空练习
2.拓展写句
To… is certainly easier than to …. (四)小结
小结重点词组、句(在课文中划出并背诵)。
