一、教材分析

Unit3以颜色为话题,首先要求学生掌握常见颜色的单词,学会询问和回答颜色的句型What colour is it/this/the...?It's...然后要求孩子们在已学的旧句型中灵活运用颜色的单词,从而用更多地形容词去生动具体地去描述一样物品。

本单元还有一个难点,就是新增了衣服类单词,其实trousers的发音对孩子们来说最难掌握,shirt & skirt,shoes & socks很相近,易混淆。因为衣服也都是多彩的,所以在学习了这类单词后,很自然地也要求孩子们会讨论他人和自己衣服的颜色。而又因为服饰类有些单词涉及到一双,一对,所以在会用a,an的同时,也要求孩子们会用a pair of。不过这是个比较难的语法点,在教学是要注意循序渐进,让孩子在更多地听说中慢慢感知和熟练,而不可一味或者过多地强调语法。

本单元的话题其实和前后的内容都是非常有联系的,如前一个单元,刚学了动物单词和Can you see...?句型,这个单元中马上也可以谈论动物的颜色。前面几个单元学过的文具,玩具,食物等类型的名词也都是可以加入到颜色的话题中的。而本单元中涉及到的一双,一对,其实也很容易引出名词复数的表达方式,这就为后面的there is ,there are句型做了铺垫。所以说,教师在授课时,一定要注意前后知识的联系,最大限度地调动孩子们综合运用已学知识的潜力,让他们尽可能多地在真实环境中运用已学句型。

二、学情分析:

经过前期的英语学习,我班学生均对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣,他们求知欲强,常常询问课本之外的单词和句型。他们于敢表现,积极参与课堂,十分热衷于表演、对话。通过不断地训练,他们也具备了一定的自主学习和合作学习的能力。

已掌握的单词:常见文具类,数字1-10,部分玩具类,部分食物类,常见动物类,简单形容词,常见颜色和衣服类单词。

已掌握句型:What's this?

It's a/an...

Is this a/an ... ? Yes, it is . / No, it isn't .

I/ You/ They have got ...

He/ She/ It has got...

Have you / they/ we got ... ?

Yes, .../ No, ...

Has he / she / it got ... ?

Turn left. 在教授衣服单词的同时,问题最大的还是a pair of的用法,他们还是会很容易说成a black shoes。还有我们不可避免地要遇到单复数问题,而孩子们对新知都识有着强烈的求知欲望,所以我们也毫不回避地讲解了很多已学名词的单复数形式,让他们都知道名词的复数要加s或者es,同时也知道问What are they ?

They are ...s .

What colour are they ? They are ... 不过名词复数后面的s还是会经常掉的,但相信在以后专门学习这个知识点的时候他们会好很多。

三、设计思路和教学目标

思路:这是一节颜色单元的复习课。给出的大话题是Colours we can see。目的是让孩子们感受到生活中处处是颜色。具体下来,我以Going to the zoo为一条主线,从出门前的着装到

所带物品,最后到在动物园的见闻。分成了三个不同的真实语境,不但一直有对颜色的谈论,同时也运用到了所学的各种句型,让他们更加真实和自然地去用所学知识。三个不同的语境,都会有一到两类核心词汇和句型。最后还设计了一个听力练习,不但更加全面地复习到本单元的生词,句型,也对前面的已学知识进行了一个整合、牵引,让孩子们对不同单元的知识进一步融会贯通,学会在真实生活中灵活运用。下一个环节,就是给孩子们自由发挥的空间,小组合作来创编Going to the zoo 的小故事,并表演出来。而孩子们听力练习的听力稿也正是孩子们创编对话的模板。最后,通过前面这一系列对生活中不同色彩的感知和讨论,再于失去色彩的大自然、人类世界的图片做对比,让孩子们认识到,其实是大自然的生物赋予了我们色彩,我们都爱色彩斑斓的世界,那么首先就要热爱自然界的一切生物,以此升华到对情感态度价值观的培养。

目标:1. 通过在各种句型中反复地听说运用,来复习Unit3 中的颜色,衣服类单词。

2. 通过在各种真实语境中的对话,问答训练,来复习询问颜色的句型What colour is it?It's... 并能够把颜色单词放到已学的各种其他句型中灵活运用。

3. 能用老师所给围绕颜色展开的话题,小组创编自己的小故事,并表演出来。

4. 通过一些及时的听力练习,全面提高听说读写的能力,并更加从容地应对考试中的各种题型。

5. 培养孩子们热爱生活,热爱大自然的情感态度价值观,提高审美情趣,提高自主学习、合作学习的能力。

Teaching steps :

Step 1

Warm-up

Sing the rainbow song . Talk about the colors in the rainbow and show kids the topic of today : Colors we can see

Starting the lesson : "Look, the rainbow is in the zoo , let's go to the zoo , OK?"

Step 2

Revision & Practice 1.

Act out that before going to the zoo, I will dress myself first. Then put on my bouse, say: Look, this is my new white blouse, is it beautiful ? I have got a new white blouse, what have you got ?

Pick individual student to talk about the clothes they have got.

Show more clothes pictures to the kids , help them understand how to use a / a pair of , and a game for them to make sure of how to answer single question What's this ? It's ... / plural question What are they ? They are ...

A game :

I point , four kids together to say the sentences .

Pick two or three kids to the front be teachers , they ask , the others answer.

2. Show the picture of Wuhan Zoo . What can you see in this zoo ?

" I can see a brown monkey . / I can see a grey elephant . / ...

Can you see a panda in Wuhan Zoo ? What's a panda ? Guess !

Give the kids a riddle of panda : It's fat . It's black and white. It has got black eyes and small black ears.

( The kids must can guess it out , then talk about how to remember this word : pan-盼

Let's go and see the panda . Here 's a map . It can help us to find the panda's cage. Is it a good /

beautiful map ? Never mind, we can colour it .

B: Can you see a white tiger in his cage ?

A: What ? A white tiger ?

B: Yes , look, it's in the big black cage .

A: Wow , I can see many monkeys . One monkey has got a yellow blouse and a pink skirt !

B: Yes , she is happy. Let's go to see the panda, OK?

A: OK! Go straight on , turn left , go straight on and turn right, then we can see the panda's cage.)

Show some good maps to the kids .

Now , we are in the zoo, what can we say?

The kids say the sentence , I write on the board.

Step 3

Acting Using the sentence structures to act " Going to the Zoo" in groups . Pick several groups come to the front show their acting out.

Step 4

Emotions Education Show some pictures without any colours to the kids , ask if they feel good or bad . Help them understand that the nature lives give us colours , so if we want to see a beautiful world, we should treat them kindly !

Homework Go to the zoo with your friends or parents, try to use English as more as you can.
