一、教学目标

1、能够听说认读science,temperature,degree,outside,water,now,zero等表达温度的词,并且能够在真实的语言环境中运用这些单词进行表达。

2、能够运用情景创设法、任务驱动法、自主合作探究法等方法和多媒体技术直观的学习如何询问和表达气温,达到让学生自然交流综合运用的目的。

3、通过情景创设,学生能够根据天气选择合适的活动,培养学生乐于善于使用英语的习惯。

二、教学重点、难点

教学重点:掌握询问温度的用语What’s the temperature?

教学难点:能够掌握degree的正确用法。

Step1:Warming up

1、Free talk

T:What day is it today?

T:How is the weather today? okay,everyone.Let's sing a song.

T:Do you know what's the temperature outside and inside?

Step2 :Presentatin

New words and sentences.

引出新词 temperature,outside,science,degree,water,now,zero.

教师领读,学生跟读,再拼读,自读,齐读加拼读(黑板上再出示词汇),最后再让学生书写练习2遍。

T:OK,everyone.Today,Mr.wood has a science lesson,Let’s go and have a

look.

(1)看音频,理解part1部分的内容。教师再领读,生跟读。

(2)Talk about in groups.Try to finish “Read part1 and answer the questions.”

a. How is the weather today ?

b.What’s the temperature in the classroom ?

c.In what place the temperature is 15 degrees ?

d.What’s the temperature of the water ?

Step3 :Practice

1、听音,看对话,进一步理解part1部分的内容。学生模仿自读、齐读练习、师生对话、小组角色叙述。

2、let's do it!

Students work in pairs and finish part2-2.And the students pretend to be a reporter.

将第二部分的内容以天气预报的形式展现出来:

例如:a.It's _7__degrees in Beijing.It's _cloudy_.It's _cold_.

3、Read and act the dialogue out.
