一、教学内容:Unit 5 Story time

二、教学目标:

1. 知识目标:

①能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词 season, spring, warm, summer, hot, autumn, cool, winter, cold。

②能听懂、会说、会读单词 fly, kite, go boating, go swimming, picnic, go climbing, go skating。

③能听懂、会说、会读、会写句型 In …, it is …; We go …

2. 能力目标:能在现实生活中比较自如地运用本单元的句型和日常交际用语。

3. 情感目标:培养学生热爱生活,热爱大自然。

三、教学重点:

①能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词season, spring, warm, summer, hot, autumn, cool, winter, cold。

②能听懂、会说、会读、会写句型In …, it is …; We go …

四、教学难点:

能在现实生活中比较自如地运用本单元的句型和日常交际用语。

五、课前准备:

1. 准备录音机和磁带。

2. 教学图片、多媒体课件。

3. 板书准备:课前在黑板上写好课题。

六、教学过程:

Step 1 Warm-up

1. Greetings :

教师用Good morning/afternoon, boys and girls! Nice to meet you! 与学生打招呼。

2. Free talk:

T: What day is it today?

Ss: It’s …

T: How many days in a week?

Ss: seven.

3. Sing the song: Seasons

T: What do you hear from the song?

Ss: We can hear seasons.

T: (出示四季的图片),教学四季spring, summer, autumn, winter, cold。

T: How many seasons in a year?

Ss: Four.

T: Today, we’ll learn Unit5 Seasons

呈现课题,并教学“seasons”。

Step 2 Presentation

1. Listen and guess: Which season is it?

T: There are four seasons in a year. What are they? I’ll say a riddle for you. Which season is it? (In this season, the trees turn green and the flowers start to grow. The birds sing happily. Which season is it? )

Ss: spring

T: (出示课文春天的图片)What’s the weather like in spring?

Ss: Warm. (教师板书并带读warm)

(同样出示课文冬天的图片,教师教学winter ,cold)

T: In Australia, the weather is opposite to us. When we are in spring, they are in autumn. (出示课文秋天的图片,教师教学autumn ,cool) 2. Watch and choose (整体感知课文)

T: What we will learn today? (播放课文动画)

Ss: Weather and activities.

3. Listen and choose

T: What do we do in spring?

Ss: We fly kites and go boating.

(教师板书并带读fly kites & go boating)

T: What do we do in summer?

Ss: We eat ice cream and go swimming.

(教授eat ice cream and go swimming)

4. Look and say

(课件上出现秋天的图片) Which season?

Ss: It’s autumn.

T: In summer, it is cool. What can we do?(出示课文图片)

Ss: We can have picnics and go climbing.

(教授 have picnics & go climbing.)

5. Read and circle

(课件上出现冬天的季节)

T: Look, it is winter. It’s cold. But I like it best.(自读课文,圈出冬天的活动)(出示图片)Because I can make snowmen and go skating.(教授make snowmen & go skating)

6.整体感知课文

听一听课本第32—33页Story time的录音,将你所听到的季节、特征以及活动在课本上划下来。

7. 生跟读录音,注意模仿语音语调。

Step 3 Practice &Consolidation

1. 自由读对话,然后齐读。

2. 同桌朗读对话,然后根据图片提示复述课文

3.分组,选择最喜欢的季节,一起朗读,并加上动作。

4. 小组合作:组内成员内试着用下列句型描述连云港的季节特征及活动。

In …, it’s …;We …

We go …;We like …

Step 4 Summary:

1. 我们学会了四个季节,它们是?

2. 四季的天气是怎样的,你会这样说:___________

3. 在春天,我们可以___________

4.Enjoy some pictures, enjoy the nature and the life。Step 5 Homework:

必做:1. 听Story time中的录音3遍并跟读。

2. 完成《伴你学》“我运用”中的题目。

3. 预习Fun time,完成《伴你学》Fun time中的“我尝试”。选做:1.根据所学的知识,描述港城的四季。

2.根据图片提示,复述课文。
