教学目标：

1、学生能够听懂和理解这个简单的的故事；能够分角色，并用自己的语言表演故事，提升语言交流和综合运用能力。

2、通过完成不同的阅读任务,学生了解并尝试运用一些阅读策略。培养学生仔细倾听,认真观察,大胆表达及互助合作的能力。通过对小猫去哪儿猜测,帮小猫想解决问题的办法,以及对故事情

节如何发展的推理,学生的逻辑思维能力和想象力得到培养,提高其遇事积极动脑想办法解决的社会实践能力。

3、通过学习故事,学生能够明白帮助他人,快乐自己的道理,并且注意出行安全。

教学准备：

教学光盘、面具、信号灯图片、四种小动物图片

教学重点

借助图片在教师帮助下，学生理解故事

教学难点

通过对故事的理解，发挥想象，灵活表演故事，理解故事内涵。

教学过程

活动1【导入】ⅠPre－reading T: Hello, boys and girls. S: Hello,teacher! T: How are you today ? S: I’m fine, thank you. And you ? T: I’m fine ,too.Sit down,please.

Welcome back to our English,Today let’s learn lesson18.And in last lesson we have learnt the traffic lights. Can you speak them? Look at the pictures and let’s say them together. This one—Red is stop,yellow is wait,green is go.（教师出示三张卡片，让学生说出句子）

T：Now let’s chant.(师生一起说chant) Read is stop,stop stop stop. Yellow is wait,wait wait wait. Green is go,go go go. T：Everyone has done a good job.Today we will meet a lovely cat,but it’s unlucky,she is lost in the city. (板书题目：Lost in the city) Now look at the pictures,you can disscus the questions with your partners.(PPT呈现问题，让学生通过观察图片，回答问题，并找一名学生编故事) T:Is she right? Let’s listen to the story.(多媒体播放故事视频) (设计意图:课伊始在与学生轻松愉悦的交流中,自然引入本课故事,介绍故事主要人物信息。猜测小猫要去哪里环节,激发了学生的学习兴趣,发散思维,激活旧知,为接下来的故事学习做好了铺垫。)

Today let’s learn a story. In the story ,there is a little cat. Her name is Lily. It's a nice day. She is going out. Can you guess where is she going? The students guess : She is going to a park/ zoo/.......(学生猜测各种地点)

活动2【讲授】Ⅱ

While－reading 1. T: Now let’s look at the picture 1.(PPT呈现图片和问题)

教师顺时介绍Her sister -Kitty lives in a city. She is going to visit her.(板书并学习朗读visit) 读图中的句子。

T:（PPT呈现图片）Where is the cat now? What can you see in the picture ? Now she is in the city. Wow,how big ! “There are many new streets in the city.Where is my sister’s home ?”(教师顺时读句子) So the cat is lost. What will it do? (教师提问小猫迷路了,他应该怎么办呢?学生猜测并谈谈迷路时解决的方法) S:让学生畅所欲言...... (设计意图:此环节是同学们在小猫迷路的情况下,动脑筋想办法帮助小猫找一找解决问题的方法。培养了学生遇事不慌张,积极动脑筋想办法的能力,渗透迷路时解决问题的常识方法,提高其社会实践能力。此活动深入学生生活实际,学生乐于参与。) 3. T: Let’s watch the video.

T: Who does she meet（遇到）?

S: A dog. A nice dog

T: What do they look at(看)? S:a map. (教师顺时说出:Go straight and turn left.）

(设计意图:通过上一环节的猜测,学生带着好奇心和疑问观看视频,通过听和看获取故事中主要信息。活动的地图移动路线生动直观地展示了小猫的行进路线。) 4. Role-play (1)老师与一名学生示范 (2)Practice in pairs. (3)Volunteers show it (设计意图:角色朗读,让学生体会故事中主人公语气及心情,模仿朗读,培养语感,同时渗透问路时用礼貌用语思想意识。) 5、T:Is it Kitty’s house?

S:(学生猜测并观察发现不是)It's the Mice house. Not the Nice house. 老师表扬学生细心。You're so careful. (设计意图:此环节学生通过猜测观察,从而发现并不是小猫要找的Nice house。整个活动不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,也培养了其仔细观察,认真做事的思想。) 6.

T: Oh, no. What will the cat do? Please watch the video.( 播放图5视频,寻找谁帮助小猫的答案)

T:Who does the cat meet now? S: A bird.（出示老鸟的图片) T:Does the bird help the cat? S:Yes . T: Yes , he shows the way using his hand . This is an old bird, but he is kind.

(设计意图:该环节通过听和观看视频两个活动,让学生寻找答案,提炼故事信息,调动学生多方面感官,同时渗透肢体语言指路的方法。) 8. Let’s read and follow the video. (设计意图:录音跟读模仿,提高学生用不同的语音语调表达不同情感的意识和能力,体会不同角色声音及感情。) 9. T: At this time, can the cat find the Nice house?

(设计意图:此环节让学生朗读并回顾整体故事内容,整体感知小猫寻找姐姐家的过程。) 2. Act out the story in the group (设计意图:学生用自己的语言表演故事可以增加学生活动的乐趣,同时对故事的表演可以培养学生的想象能力、表演能力和语言表达能力,提高学生的综合语言运用能力。) 3. Think and talk

教师和学生交流:

(学生谈论自己对故事中主要角色的的评价并说出理由)
