Show a video and have a ask and answer with students. T: What’s this video about? S1: great inventions T: Do you know any great inventions? S2: I think…is a great invention. 二. While-task procedures 1. show riddles learn the words in look and learn. T: I like wearing it. It tells me the time. What is it? S1: It’s a watch. T: Do you think watch is a great invention? S1: Yes, I think watch is a great invention.

2. Listen to the tape and circle the great inventions you hear.

3. Listen to the tape again and complete the match and say and answer what is Joe going to do and what is Joe going to invent.

4. Listen to the tape and read after it.
