When are we going to eat? 一、教材分析: 本课是外语教学与研究出版社出版的3-6年级的教材中的其中一册中的内容,注重语言交际能力的培养,该课涉及到六年级下册第二模块第一单元。Students are interested in this lesson because they are children and they need to play like the picnic. Therefore, by using the song, and cards and pictures about this lesson teacher should grasp this advantage to improve the students’ learning enthusiasm. By learning the dialogue in the test, students quickly learn low to use the “be going to” to ask and answer. However, some students don’t have the ability of learning new things well, so they can’t use the “be going to” quickly and correctly. Teacher should make them practice more.

二、教学目标:

五、Teaching procedures:

Step1: Warming -up

1.

T: Boys and girls, let’s say some rhymes. (课前热身,加强学生的口语练习,让学生很快进入英语学习环境。)

Greeting and sing.

(活泼欢快的歌曲活跃了课堂气氛,提高了学生的情趣。)

Step 2.Free talk and revision

T: What do you like doing in your spare time?

S: I like playing football/reading books…

T: What are you going to do this Sunday?

T: When are you going to …?

S: I am going to …at eight /in the morning.

(教师以朋友的语气与学生交流,能消除学生的紧张情绪,通过交流,为新课的学习做了铺垫。)

七、Retrospection:

Teacher should explain the new grammar in details to let the students learn to make a plan. By learning, most of the students can use the “be going to” to ask and answer. Some students can’t use the “be going to”

quickly and correctly. Teacher should make them practice more. Anyway, learning and reciting are very important.
