[教材分析] 语言功能:谈论正在做一件事时另一件事情也发生。

语言结构:Someone is doing something, but something happens. 教学目标: 语言知识目标: Damming is having a birthday party. Daming is playing the suona, but the phone rings. 语言技能目标:学生能够描述正在做的某件事，并且会表达另外一件事情同时发生。

情感态度目标:以快乐的心情面对每一天。

教学重、难点: 重点: 新单词在新句型中的熟练运用。

难点: Damming is having a birthday party. Damming is playing the suona, but the phone rings. 现在进行时的实际运用及拓展运用。

[学生分析] 学生此前已经学过现在进行时的运用，所以本课时可以看作是对以前知识的复习和拓展，由于学生对现在进行时有一定的了解和应用能力，教师可以用复习个别动词及其现在分词的方式导入课文，让学生轻而易举的进入本次学习情境。

T：（做睡觉突然电话响的动作）Boys and girls ,try to say the sentence with “ but”
