单元分析：

Shadow这一主题在牛津英语教材中是首次出现的，因此对于学生来说是一个全新的学习内容。本单元围绕shadow，分别就the tree’s shadow, Alice’s shadow, Henry the dog’s shadow开展学习和讨论。并配合了make & say（shine the torch & make a shadow）让学生自己动手，观察叙述shadow的变化，listen & enjoy（the shadow’s song）巩固有关于shadow的语言表达。

学情分析：

学生对于影子的相关知识有基本的了解。可以结合自然科学开展跨学科的综合学习。对于本单元的词法与句法知识学生在先前的学习过程中有所涉及。本单元主要的落脚点在于正确熟练的开展语用活动，因此需要结合生活实际设计有利于开展语用活动的教学情境，让学生在语用中体验，提升。

单元学习目标：

1. 学习掌握，并熟练运用单词hill, lawn, bench, path, shadow，句型结构The tree’s shadow is/grows…开展语言交流。

2. 能使用一般现在时态，及句型Sometimes it …/ When I …, my shadow…

/It is like…描述自己的影子或手影。

3. 培养细致观察事物的能力，感受时间变化、天气变化造成的影子变化。

Discourse 1: A day in the park It is a sunny day. Miss Fang and her students are in the park. They climb the hill. It’s not very high.

Then they have a picnic on the lawn. There are two benches on the lawn. They are smooth and hard.

After having a picnic, they walk on the path. It’s between the trees. Discourse 2: Look at the shadow Look at the sun. In the morning, it rises in the east. It rises behind the hill. It is red. The tree’s shadow is long. It is on the lawn.

At noon, the sun is high in the sky. It shines and shines. The tree’s shadow grows short. It is on the bench. The sun goes down in the evening. It says ‘Goodbye!’ to everybody and everything. The tree’s shadow grows long again. It is on the path.
