一、教学目标：

1、学生能运用现在进行时询问及描述正在发生的事情。

2、学生能理解并运用but引导的并列句。

二、教学重点难点

教学重点：学生能理解并运用but引导的并列句。结合实际学会使用“but the phone rings”和“but the bell rings”。

教学难点：现在进行时以及but引导的并列句在实际中的运用。让学生理解并可以使用“start to ”句型来描述生活中的突发状况。

三、教学过程：

Step1 Warming

up 1、Greetings

2、Sing a song.《What are you doing》

3、利用快闪图片的游戏练习现在进行时态，并由图片导入but引导的并列句。

Step2 Lead-in 1、出示两幅图片，让学生听音感知but引导的并列从句使用的语境。

2、学习“the phone rings”,带领学生认读，跟读，男女生分组读。

3、学习“the bell rings”，带学生认读。开火车读进行反复练习。

4、I can say ，让学生运用“the phone rings”和“the bell rings” 对图片进行描述。

Step3

Presentation 1、T:Now,boys and girls,today is Daming’s birthday,let’s see what happened. 呈现Part2 Listen and read.通过观看课文视频回答问题What is Daming doing ?整体感知课文大意。核对问题答案时，让学生通过观察动作，听音乐，观察图片感知和学习“演奏乐器”的表达，通过引

导学生对句子结构的观察，引导学生总结“play+the+乐器”句型。

2、让学生带着问题How many times does Daming play the suona?自读课文。核对答案时由“three times”引出课文三幅图。

3、前两幅图作为对“the phone rings”和“the bell rings”的复习巩固，第三幅图引出重点句“but the dog starts to bark very loudly”，用游戏“音浪翻滚”带领学生练习词组“start to”。

4、出示图片和音效设置情景，让学生练习but从句中“start to”词组的运用。

5、Pair work。同桌讨论，使用句型“He is____________, but______________.”来描述所出示的图片。

Step4 Consolidation 让学生根据课文图片对课文内容进行复述，引导学生说的同时，教师书写整节课的板书。

Practice 1、根据图片内容，让学生使用but引导的并列句对图片进行描述。

给学生提供“欢乐课间”的语境，并配合动画，创设突发状况，天气开始下雨了“but it starts to rain”和上课铃响了“but the bell rings”，让学生操练but引导的并列句。

2、教师询问学生：Can you think what else happened?让学生讨论，并写下来，然后和同学们分享。

Step6 Homework 结合今天所学Say your own experiences(说说发生在你生活中的类似事情)使用句型：I am...but...我正在……突然……，写下来，下节课与全班分享。
