Stage One

Stage Two：Pre-listening

Show some pictures or posters of Craig, teach the new word: poster. 2. teacher adds more information about Craig while teaching new words and phrases with the help of their Chinese explanations on the PPT. 3. Lead in 1a. T: OK, Now you know about Craig’s problem. Would you like to help him? Let’s discuss in pairs, and then we’ll see which pair has the best and the most ideas.

Stage Three：While-listening

1.Present some questions on the Bb or on the screen, play the recording of 1a, and ask the Ss to answer the questions after listening. 2. Listen to 1a again and finish 1b. Check the answers.
