教材分析：

本课是冀教一起版五年级下册第一单元第五课，学生在原来了解现在进行时的基础上通过本课的学习，能够运用现在进行时这一时态来描述人们在living room中的活动。以及二、三部分人称代词宾格形式的用法和轻重音的读法的运用。

教学目标：

1.知识与技能目标

（1）听、说、读、写四会单词watch，以及能够听懂、会说、会读单词newspaper。

（2）能够掌握现在进行时，并将之灵活运用到课文图片的谈论及实际生活中，就家人在家里的活动用现在进行时进行简单、准确的描述。

2.情感及文化目标

激发学生听英语、说英语、的兴趣，敢于用英语进行表达，并能主动利用语言环境根据所学知识用英语谈论，能在小组活动中积极参与他人合作，互相帮助，增强学生的团结合作意识等。

教学重点：

1、

教学难点：

现在进行时的熟练运用以及人称代词宾格形式的用法

教学过程：

Step 1: Warming up

A. Greeting

T: Welcome to my English class, good morning boys and girls.

How many days in a week? What day is it today?

How many days in March? What’s the date?

通过课前复习来激发学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生尽快进入学习状态。

Step 2: New Teaching.

T: Today we’ll learn Lesson 5 In the living room (on the board) What do you like to do in the living room? I like to read newspaper in the living room.

Show the words card:
