单元教学任务分析:

本单元的话题是cute animals, 以Kitty和Peter讨论宠物平时的饮食习惯和生活习性为主线,引导学生了解更多可爱的动物,比如parrot, tortoise等,能运用特殊疑问句What does …

(do)?...(does)…来问答动物的生活习性,关注小动物的饮食特点,连带学习生活中常见宠物所喜欢吃的食物:bone, cat food, fish and dog food等积累必须的生活经验。通过本单元的学习,学生不仅提高了对事物的感知能力,对生活中可爱的小动物的生活习性饮食习惯有了一定的了解,还因此感受到平时生活中宠物给家庭带来的乐趣,从而唤起他们热爱小动物、保护小动物的情感。

单元课时划分:
