Lesson2 By Zhou Minyi Part1、Teaching contents: 1. New words:strawberry, peach, grape, watermelon
(Include singular and plural)
Consolidation:banana, orange, pear, cherry
2. Are these…? Yes, they are. / No, hey aren’t. Part2、Teaching aims: 1. Enable the students to talk about fruit 2. Enable the students to express what fruit they are. 3. Get the students not to waste food. Important points: Can read and spell the new words and read the new sentences.

Can use them in our daily communication.

New words 1.
Show pictures of new words on PPT and teach Ss pronunciations, spellings and meanings. eg T: peach, peach, a peach, a peach.(clap the hand) Ss: peach, peach, a peach, a peach.(clap their hands) T: Ask someone to read.
Ss: Hand up and read. T: ask them read one by one. Ss: read one by one fast. 2.
Explain singular and plural of the new words. Sept3.
