三年级英语上册《Unit 8 Happy New Year》Story time部分

教学目标：

1.能初步会听、说、读单词：a doll, a ball, a robot 2.能初步听懂、会读、会运用句型：What’s this/that?，并会用It’s a 来回答。

3.能初步听懂、会读、会说、会运用句型This is for you./It’s for you.来相互赠与礼物。

4.学会新年节日祝福，礼貌用语。会表达谢意：Thank you. 教学重点：

2.能初步听懂、会读、会说、会运用句型This is for you./It’s for you.来相互赠与礼物

3.能理解对话内容，用正确的语音语调朗读对话。

教学准备：PPT，提前在黑板上画好New Year 背景图，

板书课题Happy New Year! 戴好指偶，卡片和实物a doll, a ball, a robot，人物头饰。

教学过程：

课前播放Flash < Happy New Year> Step 1 Greeting Step 2 Super tape. T：Boys and girls, all of you like games so much. So we’ll play a game first. Look! It’s a super plate. Let’s play with it. OK？

T: What’s this? (A jacket, a skirt, a sweet, a cake, a hot dog, a doll, a ball, a robot) 引出新单词a doll, a ball, a robot，呈现实物。

Step 3 Presentation 1. Scissors，

paper，

stone. T: Do you like the game? T: Do you want to play another game?

T: OK. Let’s play the game ‘Scissors，

paper，

stone’.（点击课件，课件上可呈现一些游戏需要用到的句型：What’s this? It’s … Would you like …? Yes, please./ No, thank you. What about …? What colour…? Look at…）

师赢时，

指实物doll, ball, robot, 问学生

What’s that? 引出单词that, 句型What’s that? 2. Uncle John T接上一环节，师赢时呈现Mike头像提问：Who’s he? S: He’s Mike. T: Now show me your fingers. Act Mike. Introduce his family together. T: （伸手指）Father, mother, brother, sister, Mike, grandpa, grandma. But who’s he? Guess! He’s Mike’s father’s brother. So who’s he ? Let’s have a look.

(点击课件) Uncle John：Hi, I’m Uncle John. Nice to meet you. Ss: Nice to meet you, Uncle John. 出示头像及单词卡片Uncle John，跟读。贴到黑板上。

Happy New Year! T: Uncle John is happy. Because it’s the first of January. It’s New Year’s Day. T: Do you know New Year’s Day？

T: On New Year’s Day we usually spend time with our families and give presents to each other.

T: Look. Uncle John comes to see Mike and Helen.(贴上Mike和Helen头像) How do they greet each other on New Year’s Day ?

S: Happy New Year!(师指课前板书，引导学生回答，学习句型) 揭示课题。

T: ‘Happy New Year ’is a holiday greeting. Look! Here’s a tip about holiday greetings for you. Holiday greetings.节日问候。

用英语向他人表达节日问候，可以让我们感受到学习英语的乐趣和成就。

Step 4 Story time. 1. Watch and answer: What are the presents?

T: Uncle John greets Helen and Mike first. Then he gives some presents to the

children.(指黑板上头像) What are the presents? Let’s watch the cartoon and find the answer. 学生观看动画。

T: What are the presents? S: A doll, a ball, a robot. 2. Read and answer.

Who are the presents for? Students read and underline the answers. T: How do you know? 借机讲解Picture 2,3 学习for, This is for …

讲解Picture 4,5

讲解Picture 6 学习It’s for …

3.听磁带，校对朗读记号。

4.Read after the tape two or three times. 5. Read it by yourself. 6. Work in groups. 学生四人一组朗读课文。

7. 学生挑战班级Super tape。

课文分为四段Picture 1，

Picture 2&3，Picture 4&5，Picture 6。一人挑战时选其中一段朗读。

8. Act the text T: I think all of you have great pronunciation. But how about your actions? Can you act well? Act the dialogue (T-Ss示范表演)T: Now let’s act the dialogue in roles，I’ll be Uncle John．

And boys act as Mike, girls act as Helen. OK? Step 5 Consolidation

Story time对话续编：What’s Helen, Mike and Tim’s present for Uncle John？
