一、教材分析

本课教材为外研社《英语》（新标准）（三年级起点）六年级下册Module6 Unit2

The name of the spaceship is Shenzhou V. 本单元的话题是描述太空旅行。本单元的课文情境是Daming和Simon制作了中国宇宙飞船模型。这个宇宙飞船的名字是“神州五号”。2003年，它成功将一名中国宇航员、一面中国国旗和一些种子送入太空。学生通过学习课文试着来描述太空旅行。本单元共1课时完成。

二、学情分析

本模块的学习重点是介绍礼物和描述太空旅行。学生在第一单元已经学习了介绍礼物，并能够用自己的语言简单介绍自己的生日礼物，本节课教师可以组织学生制作宇宙飞船模型并介绍宇宙飞船模型。不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣，还可以更有效地进行学习。

三、教学目标

1.T: Boys and girls, yesterday Daming and Simon made a paper spaceship. And they

gave it to Simon’s mum. Today they made a model of a Chinese spaceship. Do you want to see it ?

Let’s have a look.

2. Watch the CD-ROM with a question：What’s the name of the spaceship? 引导学生回答The name of the spaceship is Shenzhou V. 并板书课题。

【设计意图】通过播放动画不仅调动了学生的积极性，同时让学生更直观地去理解课文，更加容易地找到问题的答案。

T: Boys and girls, do you know Shenzhou V. let’s have a look. This is ShenzhouV. What did Shenzhou V take into space for the first time? Let’s read the text by yourself and find the answer. 【设计意图】通过默读课文加深学生对课文的印象，并能够更好的去理解课文。
