Unit5 Seasons (story time) 教学目标：

1. 认识、会读单词spring, summer, autumn, winter; warm, hot, cool, cold; season 2. 认识、会读每个季节对应的活动类词组fly kites go boating，eat ice cream，go swimming，have picnics，go climbing，make snowmen，go skating并能体会其趣味性

3. 能正确且有感情地朗读storytime中的四首诗歌，本课结束时多数同学能够对照板书提示背诵四首诗歌

4. 能够通过本课体会到诗歌之美以及季节之美，并能挑选自己喜欢的季节，创作出一首简单的小诗

教学重点：

1. 掌握单词spring, summer, autumn, winter 2. 知道每个季节对应的活动并能体会其趣味性

3. 能正确且有感情地朗读四首诗歌，从中体会到诗歌之美以及季节之美

教学准备：

（教师准备）PPT，板书卡纸

（学生准备）预习单词与story time, 想一想四季能可以有什么活动，是否会用英文表达

教学过程：

Step 1 Lead-in 1.

At the beginning of the class,let’s enjoy some pictures. 2.

Are they beautiful? 3.

What can you see in these pictures? 4.

All these pictures are about spring. I like spring. Do you like spring?(Teach：spring) 5.

I think spring is the most beautiful season in a year. (Teach: year) 6.

How many seasons are there in a year?

Step 2 Storytime 1.

Watch the cartoon and answer the question.

Q：What are the other seasons? Summer, autumn, winter(Teach) 2.

Different seasons have different climates.

Read and circle. Talk: In spring, it is warm.(Teach:warm)

In summer, it is hot.(Teach:hot)

In autumn, it is cool.(Teach:cool)

In winter, it is cold.(Teach:cold)

Say a chant. 3.

In different seasons，we do different things.

Read the text and underline the key phrases.

Talk:a.spring——fly kites，go boating

What else can we do in spring?

We go to the park/have a spring outing.

b.Summer——eat ice creams，go swimming

What else can we do in summer?

We eat grapes/watermelons.

c.Autumn——have picnics, go climbing What else? We eat apples/pears/oranges……

So autumn is a harvest season.

d.Winter is cold. But we also can do a lot of interesting things i n winter.

Winter——make snowmen, go skating Anything else? We make snowball fights with our families and friends.

Step3.Consolidation 1.

Listen and repeat. 读完后让学生自己体会如何将诗歌读的更好，随后教师帮助总结

2. 赛诗大会

规则：a. 自由准备——运用以上建议认真朗读四首诗，并挑选自己读的最好的参赛

b. 挑战朗读——按季节朗读，分别选出“春季诗王”、“夏季诗王”、“秋季诗王”和“冬季诗王”

奖品：春季诗王——a lovely song about spring

夏季诗王——some nice pictures about summer

秋季诗王——a beautiful poem about autumn

冬季诗王——a short video about winter

c. Read in four 四人一小组，没人选择一个季节，合作朗读四首诗。

d. Try to recite 对照板书集体复述

Homework.

a. 请将你自己写的季节小诗朗诵给你的家人听。

b. 如果你喜爱诗歌，请尝试为其他季节写小诗。
