Unit 6 Shopping C Story time

一．Teaching aims:

1、通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学语言：

Can I help you?

Can I see that skirt, please?

How much is it ?

It’s ninety-one.

It’s pretty.

It’s cheap.

2、能理解并朗读故事，并运用故事中的语言表演实际情景剧。

3、能以得体的方式与人交流，并了解主要英语国家的货币名称和符号。

二、Key and difficult points:

Key points：

Sentences:“Can I help you?”“It’s pretty.”“It’s cheap.”“Can I see that skirt, please?”“How much is it ?”“It’s ninety-one.”

Difficult points：“No problem!”和“You’re fired!”的发音及理解。运用所学句子创编故事。

(一)

Warm-up

Free talk:

T:”Good morning boys and girls! Nice to meet you!”

Ss:”Nice to meet you, too.”

T:”What’s the weather like today?”

Ss:”It’s sunny.”

T:”It’s good to read a story. Do you like reading stories?”

Ss:”Yes.”

T:”Ok, now let’s start to read a story.”

教师播放story time 视频文件。

(二)

Presentation & Practice

1、视频播完后，学生通过第一次浏览故事的大概印象回答两个简单问题：”How many animals in the story?””Who are they?”教师给予1元奖励。

2、学习五个新的词组和单词：job, no problem, dollar, fired,cheap以便学生在第二次阅读时更好的理解故事。

3、学生带着四个题目阅读故事”What does Miss Sheep want to see?”

”Is the skirt pretty?”” Is the skirt sixteen dollars?”

“How much is the skirt?”

4、教师再次播放视频，回答问题”Why is Zoom fired? ”

5、Practice:每小组分角色朗读.

(三) Consolidation & Extension

“我爱情景剧”：学生通过所学的语言，创编一个关于购物的新故事。

主题：shopping

台词提示：Can I help you? Yes, Can I see that/this…please? Sure, here you are. How much is it?

It’s...yuan.

Oh! It's cheap/pretty.

I’ll take it.

观看Story time课文动画并跟读，按照正确的语音、语调朗读故事。
