四、教学过程
Step 1. Warm up 1. Greeting T: …, please close the door.

T: Good morning/afternoon, class.
Ss: Good morning/afternoon, Miss xx.

Let’s ask them. T: How old are you?(问其中一个过生日的学生)
板书How old are you?
新授句型,引导学生问答。Ss: I’m ….
(三年级的学生大部分都是8,9,10岁左右,因此教授eight,nine, ten) 2. Practice T: Let’s ask your classmates the age.
Use the sentences like this: A: How old are you? B: I’m eight/nine /ten.
T: Good. So what would you like as a birthday present?
What about toys?
Look at the toys.(出示图片) Ss: How nice! T: Yes. How nice! How lovely!
新授 How lovely! Step 3. Presentation. 1.T:Do you like toys? Mike, Helen and Tim like toys, too. So their father takes them to the Toy Museum. Look! There are many toys in the museum. What’s this? How many?(教授数字) T: Look at this sign. These toys are for ( ) to ( ).
And those toys are for for ( ) to ( ).(出示第一幅图的两个牌子,引导学生自己看图,讨论这两个牌子的意思) 2. T: Yes, so we should know their ages. Let’s watch the cartoon.
