一、教学分析

1、学情分析：

本次教学的对象是四（5）班36个学生，经过一～四年级的学习，这些学生会使用cat, dog, rabbit, mouse等小动物名称和meat, corn, grass, rice, carrot等食物名称。对于描述动物的特征（名字、年龄、外形、颜色）等能驾轻就熟。

通过平时课堂的沟通和互动，我发现本班的学生非常活跃，他们乐于发言，善于思考，与同伴沟通、协商、合作、交流的能力较强，对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣，非常乐于参与到有趣的学习活动中去，特别是对一些创设性的实践活动尤为感兴趣。

2、教材分析：

由于牛津教材的螺旋式上升和复现率高的特征，学生在以往已经学会了cat, dog, rabbit, mouse等小动物名称和meat, corn, grass, rice, carrot等食物名称。在句型方面，学生已经能使用He/She is… He/She can…等句型对动物的特征和能力进行描述，已经学会使用Does…like…? 的句型来询问他人的喜好，并能用Yes,… does. /No,… doesn’t.进行回答。

本单元的学习话题是Animals(动物)，是学生非常感兴趣的学习内容，本课教授的是Oxford English 4B Module2 My favourite things Unit2 Cute animals的第一课时。本课时的主要学习任务是让学生认识一些可爱的小动物以及了解小动物们所喜爱的食物，并能结合小动物的特征（外形、颜色、喜好等）描述学生所喜欢的动物。

在开始上课前的2分钟，我首先以一首欢快的的歌曲引出本课的主线人物Laura。通过聆听宠物之家的志愿者Laura的介绍，让学生整体感知主体文体，创设在宠物之家的学习情境，吸引学生对宠物之家的小动物们产生兴趣，并心生想要收养他们的愿望，从而引出本课的主题：adopt（收养）。

接着，志愿者Laura提出想要收养小动物的条件——必须过四关。在闯关的过程中，学生首先认识了每一个小动物，学会新授单词parrot和

tortoise。其次，了解了小动物喜欢吃的各种食物，学会新授单词cat food, fish, dog food, bone，并学会运用What food does …

eat? …eats…的句型问答来询问描述动物喜欢吃什么食物。接着，在帮助Laura制作和介绍动物信息卡片、完成海报的填写以及调查学生想要收养的小动物等一系列有趣的活动中，学生熟练使用He/She is…,He/She can…,He/She eats…等句型描述自己喜欢和想要收养的小动物。

在课堂中，教师通过采用“看一看、听一听、猜谜语、连线配对、自编chant、小组活动(讨论表演)、海报制作和调查活动”等各种不同形式的教学方式，帮助学生达到听说读写演各方面的能力训练，力求提高学生的语言综合运用能力。

二、教学目标与重难点： 【教学目标】

（一）语言知识：

1．单词：能通过看、听和猜等活动认识一些小动物以及食物名称，学会单词

parrot, tortoise, cat food, fish, dog food, bone, adopt(收养)。

2．句型：能运用What food does … eat? 的句型询问动物喜欢吃什么。能运用…eats…的句型描述动物喜欢吃的各种食物。

1. 能运用语句甚至语段来描述动物特征。

2. 能通过听力和阅读训练，完成并理解主体文本内容。

3. 能通过感知，使用 I want to adopt…来表达自己对小动物的情感。

（三）情感、态度与价值观

通过对小动物的了解，产生对小动物的喜爱之情，从而形成产生收养小动物的愿望，最终形成人类和动物是永远的好朋友的思想意识。
