Get to know the teacher

Teachers inspire kids to ask questions about their new teacher,

like: name, age, hobby, personality

and whatever they want to know about the teacher, in that way they can get to know the new teacher.

Kids have a self introduction After kids get to know their new teacher the volunteers come to the front to say something about e. Mean while the teacher writes the words about personalities mentioned by the volunteers on the board. Like: brave, kind, hardworking.

After volunteer self introduction, review the words about personalities on the board and input more words about that through different way to enlarge their vocabulary about personalities. IV.

Kids have self introductions between each other, all the kids can get the chance to involve and they may have more to say after watching and learning . V.

Show a passages about self introduction, ask kids to read by their own and inspire them to find out what’s the difference between the passage and

what they said about themselves , meanwhile encourage them to learn from the new one. VI.

Encourage kids to say something more about themselves , make sure they can intake and output more. Share again.

Write a passage: This is me

In that way encourage kids to learn more, intake more, and use the language well, improve their language skills. Home work:

read the two passages about self introduction given by the teacher. Finish writing a very well organized self introduction.
