Uint 6 Which one do you want?

一、教学目标

本单元共三个课时,本课为第一课时,主要目标在于突破本单元的重点句型,掌握八个新授单词。

1.知识目标

1)能听懂、会读、会说新单词:thick .thin. raincoat.umbrella.jacket.clothes.new.old.

2) 能运用新句型对物品的大小、颜色、长短、厚薄等进行选择。

2.能力目标

1)能运用正确的语言有礼貌地、有选择地购物。

2)在各项任务、活动中、培养学生听、说、读、做、唱的能力以及合作能力、动手能力。

3)在创设的真实情境中,培养学生的英语口头表达能力和实际运用能力。

3.情感目标

1)在竞赛中培养孩子们的合作精神,竞争意识以及集体荣誉感。

2)多给学生以鼓励性的评价,增强学生的自信心,培养学生积极的学习态度持久的学习兴趣,以及乐于用英语和他人交际,善于与他人沟通的良好品质。

二、教学重点难点

【教学重点】新单词:thick.thin.raincoat.clothes.umbrella.new.old.

新句型:——Which one do you want, a new one or a old one?

——A new one , please. 【教学难点】新句型的表达

三、课前准备

单词卡片,教学图片,实物(两个,尺子,铅笔等),雨衣

四、教学过程

Step 1 Warming-up

1,Greetings:

2, ask some Ss some questions: How are you? /What day is it today? /What’s the weather like today? /Can I borrow your ruler,please?

3,Sing a song—Rain ,Rain , Go away. Step 2 Presentation New words learning:

1,T: Today is a rainy day ! I haven’t take my umbrella .What can I do? What?

Oh,yes ! We can put on our raincoats.Follow me ,please!

Raincoat!

2,Drill the word:raincoat sevel times and spell it using the fingers.

3, Show two oranges

and say :Boys and girls,Miss yang has two oranges.one is big ,the other is small. Big,big ,the big one ;Small ,small,the small one ; Green ,green, the green one ;Yellow ,yellow ,the yellow one.

4,Show two books and say:What are these? Yes,these are two books.one is thin ,the other is thick.

Thick,thick ,the thick one ;Thin,thin ,the thin one.

5,Show two umbrellas

and say ;one is long ,the other is short.

Long,long,the long one;Short,short,the short one.

6,Drill the Ss the new words:raincoat ,thin ,thick ,umbrella.

7,Play a game-Sharp eyes

T: Wonderful! Let’s play a game . Quickly read out the words appear on the screen.

7,Let’s chant!

Big ,big ,the big one ; Small ,small,the small one ;

Long,long ,the long one ; Short,short,the short one;

Thin,thin ,the thin one ;Thick,thick ,the thick one .

New sentences learning:

1,T:Boys and girls,now it’s a Magic Time:Let’s have a magic .Please look carefully and guess what’s it ?

T:Magic,magic ,magic .What’s it ?

Ss:It’s a_______.

T:It’s long or short?I have two ______,the long one or the short one ? Which one do you want?(配以动作)

2,Drill the Ss the sentences with action.

3,Talk about the dialogue in groups: -Which one do you want ,the____ one or the____ one? -The_______ one ,please! 4,T:Oh ,boys and girls ,you did a good job.Today we’ll learn Unit6 Which one do you want?(板书课题).Look ! Who are coming? Where are they going?Please look at the screen and listen carefully. 5,Read the text in your groups and finish the exersices
