一、教学目标

1.知识目标：

（1）能听、说、读、写单词classroom, gym, library, playground (2) 能表演本课对话Where’s the library?

2.能力目标：能用Where’s the……?进行问路。

3.情感目标：（1）通过学习有关校园设施，激发学生热爱学校的情感。

(2)通过对话的学习，使学生更加懂礼貌，培养学生助人为乐的品质。

1、掌握单词classroom, gym, library,playground 2、听懂会说句型Excuse me. Where’s the ____?

Step1

：Class Opening and Review

Greeting: How are you today? Nice to see you.

Let’s sing a song.《Table Number》

Step 2：New Concepts

1.

Introduce “classroom” Where is the number 4? Oh,look ,here it is.It’s in the classroom.Today we are going to learn Lesson17《Where is the library?》.Ask the students to follow the directions. Give commands such as read a book, draw a picture, write and draw, Then show them the vocabulary card and ask: Where do you draw a picture? Where do you learning English? Answer the questions myself: In the classroom. Classroom. Say it, please. Then ask them to say the word one bye one. 2.

Ask and Answer: What do you like to in the classroom? I like to ____ in the ______. I like to read books in the classroom. I like to draw a picture in the classroom. 3. Introduce“gym. library.playground”

（用相同方法引出单词gym和library, playground，采用双人读，小组齐读等不同方式来读单词，然后师生问答操练句型 I like to ___ in the _____)

Step3: Play a Game: Ask the volunteers to choose one card and do the actions. The other students should guess. Step4: Demonstrate: Show them the posters of classroom, gym , library, playground. Hung up them in the different places. Then use the puppets:

Jenny: Excuse me, Miss Zhang. Where’s the gym?

Miss Zhang: I can show you. Here it is. Jenny: Thanks! Write the sentences on the blackboard. Ask the students to follow the teacher. Then play the audiotape as they follow in their books. Point to the sentences on the blackboard and ask them: What’s meaning? If they can’t understand, tell them in Chinese.

(使学生掌握新句型的发音以及意义。如果学生不能理解句子的含义，可以用汉语补充说明。) 4、Read the text in different role. Play the audiotape.（整体感知对话内容，并规范发音。）

Step5:Practice: 1.Role-play:

Ask the students to find partners and take turns asking and showing directions. The students should walk around the classroom to the different signs as they speak.（对话练习，教师在此过程中对掌握得不好的学生进行个别辅导。）

2.Present: Ask for volunteers to say the dialogue and walk to the appropriate sign for the whole class. （给学生提供应用与展示的机会，并要求其他学生认真倾听，学习他人的优点。）

Step6: Application： Sing a song <自编歌曲> This is the way we draw a picture ,early in the classroom. This is the way we play ping-pong,early in the gym. This is the way we read our books, early in the library.

This is the way we play games ,early on the playground.

Step7：Homework (1) Draw a picture of our school. Write the words classroom, gym， library and playground in the picture. (2) Practice the dialogue with your partner in our school. You should take your partner to the real classroom, gym or library.
