一、教学内容:

开心英语五年级上Unit2 Months Story 二、教学目标:

1、知识目标

(1) Ss can understand and read story. (2) Ss can use the main sentences to ask and answer . 2. 技能目标

(1) To develop Ss’ abilities of listening and reading. (2) To train the Ss’ abilities of working in groups. 3. 情感目标

(1) To foster Ss’

consciousness of good co-operation and proper competition.

四、教学重点： (1)To enable Ss to understand and and read story. (2)Make sure the Ss can use the main sentences to ask and answer. (3)To develop Ss’ interest in English.

五、教学难点：

(1)To enable Ss to read the story fluently. (2)Have the Ss to use the new words and sentences to talk in groups. 六、教学策略：

1、教学方法：本节课采用歌曲教学法、活动教学法和情境教学法。在教学中运用多媒体播放相关的图片和视频引导学生进行学习，既能能够让英语课堂教学更加生活化、生动化，同时也能吸引学生学习新知识的注意力；在教学中运用情境教学法，既激发孩子们的学习兴趣，也能突破本节课的重点。

七、教学过程：

Step1 Warm-up.（5minutes）

1. Sing a song (February is after January）

Review some words and sentences.

Sharp eyes. 【设计意图】通过歌曲激发学生学习兴趣，通过复习旧知识，为本节课后边的学习和练习做铺垫。

Step 2 Presentation and practice.（20minutes）

1.Watch the vedio the first time.Ss answer the question:Where are they? 2.Watch the vedio the second time.Ss answer three question and disscuss in group: 1.Can Gogo go ice-skating in May ?

2. When can we go ice-skating?

3.Is May before winter holiday?

【设计意图】通过视频和小组讨论的形式使学生更容易理解故事内容。

3.Have Ss read after the tape. 【设计意图】通过跟读录音，培养学生良好的语音和语调,并为下一步的学习做好准备。

Step 3 Consolidation(12minutes)

1.Fill in the blanks. 2.Role Play 【设计意图】学生通过角色扮演，更好地理解故事内容，既可以调动学生学习的积极性，又能强化巩固所学知识。
