Unit 5 My favourite Activity(Period 2)教案

教学内容：《开心英语（2014版）第二课时（Story,Pratice 2, Activity）

教学目标：

1、语言知识目标：

（1）能听说认读句型Howoften do you...?并能灵活变更不同人称进行问答。

(2 ) 能听,说,读懂Story的内容并进行表演

。

（3）能听说读单词：favourite, activity, about和

短语：read about, not really

（4）理解并运用下列句子。

I’m reading about hiking.

Ice-skating is my favourite activity.

Not really. I go to see the doctor twice a month.

2、能力目标：

（1）通过学习能运用How often do you...? I ....进行交际活动,询问关于某个

活动的频率。

(2) 能听懂他人关于询问某个频率的活动的问和答。

(3) 通过学习，使学生能听懂Story的内容，并能回答有关Story提出的问题，并能就短文内容进行复述。

教学重、难点：

重点：

（1）能听说认读句型Howoften do you...?并能灵活变更不同人称进行问答。

(2 ) 能听,说,读懂Story的内容,能朗读,表演及复述。

难点：

1.能完整地表达询问每个活动的频率，能在真实的语境中利用语言开展交际

活动。

2.能把你自己最喜欢的活动写下来告诉别人。

五、教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up.

1. Greeting/ Review the phrases we learned in Period 1

T: Hello! Boys and girls.

Ss: Hello! Miss Ma 2. What do you like doing?

S1/S2...: I like hiking/swimming.

T: You like hiking. Do you often go hiking?

Ss: Yes，I do.

T: How often do you go hiking ?

S1:Very often, twice a week.

T: Hiking is good for us. That’s great.

(将标题Unit 5 How often do you go hiking?.贴在黑板上)

2. （全班分四组进行比赛说出Games的内容，最快并准确率高的组先得分，整节课小组成员累计的分数来定出获胜的小组。）

We can go hiking twice a month ,or once a week. Ok, let’s say the phrases as quickily as we can. (课件出示有关频率的图片)如：

three times a day/five times a week; three times a day; four times a year; eight times a month

3. T:But how often do you and your classmates do these things？Let’s ask and answer in pairs（课件出示各项活动与活动频率,允许学生用其他人称问答，一般疑问句或特殊疑问句问答，筑固主要句型）

1)How often do you/they/…?How often does she/he…? 2)Do you/they …three times a week? Does he/she…?

3．They go hiking twice a year. How about Gogo and Jenny?How often they go hiking? Let’s listen and sing.(利用最后图片远足活动自然过渡课本chant，激趣) Answer the questions about the chant.（就chant内容提问How often does Jenny /Gogo go hiking?）

Step 3 Presentation

1.Talk about T’s favourite activity.

T: From the game, we know how often Jenny and Gogo go hiking, but what about my activities? Let’s look. This is my information. Can you tell me something about me ?

2.（课件出示）让学生根据信息说出有关老师的活动。（给学生多说的机会，发挥学生学习主动性）You go…once/twice/…

T: 就I like reading books让学生猜What book do I like reading?(I often read about hiking)

3.教授句子:I often read about hiking.并说出相应的句子。I often read about....

I like reading about...

4.再次猜猜：What’s my favourite acitivity?然后教授句子：

Hiking is my favourite activity.(=My favourite aciivity is hiking./I like hiking best.)

Then make more sentences with:

________ is my favourite activity.

________ are my favourite activities. 当学生说到Ice-skating is my favourite activity.时，教师引出Ice-skating is not really my favourite activity。

6.解释短语not really. 并对比really 和Really？的不同之处。操练句子————is not really my...

（设计意图：阅读前，通过幻灯片帮助学生掌握一些新词的用法及构词法，为下面的阅读扫清障碍。）

Step3 Practice

1.Read quickly and judge. （the 1st reading）

1)Listen, look and read the passage.

2）Judge:T for ture, F for false

3.Finish the form.

Task 1.What do you want to say to Gogo?

T:Now we know Gogo goes to see the doctor twice a month because of his favourite activity, so what do you want t osay to Gogo?

Be careful next time.

Remember to keep himself safe when he takes part in the outdoor activities.

Task 4 Write the short passage and share in groups.
