a. Knowledge objects: All the Ss can say what they did yesterday, use "Amy painted a picture." and understand "paint, Mr, phone". Some of the Ss can use "phone"

b. Ability objects: All the Ss can understand and say "Amy painted

a picture." Practice Ss skill of listening, speaking, reading and

writing.

c. Emotional objects: Ss can speak English bravely and hope to use English. III. Important points: The past tense of the verb and the way to say something happened before. IV. Difficult points: How to pronounce "cooked, helped, phoned, watched, painted" V. Teaching methods: Task-based teaching methods, Game teaching methods, modern electricity equipment VI. Learning methods: cooperation VII. Teaching procedure

1.Warm up

a. Greeting

b. Show some pics about teacher and tell Ss what I did yesterday.

2.Presentation

a. Game: Show some words on the screen and ask Ss to guess and say

b. Show the cartoon of activity 1 and ask Ss to mime the pronunciation

c. Ask Ss "How many people in Tom's family?" ,Ss answer and stick the head pictures on the blackboard.

d. Listen to activity 2

f. Give 5 questions and ask Ss to answer.(Teacher write down the main words on the blackboard.)

g. Listen and read 3.Practice

Lead Ss to retell the passage and work in groups. Then ask 2-3 Ss to retell by themselves. 4.Consolidation Give an outline on the screen of "Our family's weekend" and
