Greeting
a)Good morning,class. Look outside, how’s the weather? Well, what day is it? Well, i am very happy today, because it’s Lisa’s birthday.so, let’s sing a song for her. 2.
Lead in a)
Teacher shows sentence: “ Happy birthday. “ teaches birthday. T. asks ss to point and say birthday one by one. Then T. asks ss to pass the birthday gift card. Teacher claps the hands, when teacher stops, all of students will say: Happy birthday. 3.Teaching
a)T.puts sentence card on blackboard, and put on a big birthday cake. And show ss, asks ss to smell it , and say birthday cake. Then try to pretend to eat , then say birthday cake.
b)T. Divides ss into three teams, and give each team a candle on their team cake. c)T. Puts candles on big cake, them leads ss to count : one, two , three.... T.teaches sentence: I’m ....then T.asks ss one by one. After that, ss can say their ages.
d)T. Says the answer, lead ss to say: How old are you? And T. teaches one more time.T. lead ss to ask : How old are you? Then T.puts on candles, and answer : i am ... After the dialog, T. asks one student to come in front to do like teacher. Practice for a while. T. Shows the sentence on blackboard, then teaches students, if you don’t know your age , you can say : I don’t know. e )T. Asks ss to look at the picture on book. T . leads ss to say: I see...( color, number, people...)Then T.asks students to listen to CD.
f)T.leads ss use their finger to get the magic,
and T. puts sentence cards in wrong orders. Then T. plays CD again, sentence by sentence. First one, T. chooses the right one in place one, and leads ss to put the other sentences cards in right place. Then students follow CD to read again.
g)T. Explains the story again, and T. acts as Lisa, chooses three students to act as mom, Dizzy ,Dotty. Act the story. T. asks ss act and practice by teams. h)T. Chooses some teams to act in front. And T.gives the prize. T. Leads ss to read four sentences again. And T. explains the Homework. 4.
Homework a ) Listen to CD and read 3 times. b ) Ask your dad and mom about their ages.
