教学目标：

1. 能听、说、读以下单词：ill, tired, thirsty, hungry, water；

2. 能听、说、读以下句型：What’s the matter? 及其回答

I’m…, Can I have…? Here you are. Come and have…

I want to… Good night.；

3. 能正确理解并朗读课文内容；

教学重点：能初步掌握ill, thirsty, tired等单词的读音。

教学难点：能正确理解并朗读课文内容。

教学准备：PPT课件

教学过程：

Step1: Warming up T: Good morning, boys and girls? I’m Slow Goat. Nice to meet you.

Ss: Nice to meet you, too. Step2：Presentation 1.T: Before class, I will introduce my children to you. They are …(呈现图片：Pleasant Goat /Sparky Goat /Paddi Goat /Tibbie Goat/ Jonie Goat）

T: This is our home, Goat Village. We live together happily. But ther are two wolves always want to eat us. Look, they are Wollfy and Wolnie. We can see Wolnie is very angry. What will Wollfy say?

(In this way，T teach : What’s the matter? ) T: Do you know the meaning of the sentence?

Ss: 你怎么了？

T: Let’s ask Slow Goat together, OK?

2.Wolffy: What’s the matter? Wolnie: I’m hungry.

Wolffy: Come and have...

(显示图片：a hamburger/ pie) Wolnie: No, thank you. T: Why Wolnie didn’t need any food? Because ...She wants to eat Tibbie Goat, It’s so Yummy. 3.T:

Wolnie ordered Wolffy to catch us. We are very afraid of being caught, So we are running and running. At last, I really can’t move. Ss: What’s the matter? Slow Goat : I’m hungry. Can I have...?（显示图片：some juice/tea/water）

Tibbie Goat : Here you are. T: Tibbie Goat is a good girl. Unfortunately ,she was caught into the castle. 4.T: Do you want to save Tibbie Goat? You should finish three tasks.

(大家想救出美羊羊吗？那就完成灰太狼布置的闯关任务吧！过一关就能帮助喜羊羊点燃一盏前进的火把，到达狼堡只有三关, 加油吧！) Task1: I’m watching an English cartoon, but I have some troubles, Can you help me?

(我在看英文动画片，但是遇到了很多不懂的问题，你能解决吗？) Q1: What’s the matter with Taotao ? A.

He is thirsty.

B. He is hungry.

C. He is tired.

D. He is ill. (In this way, Teach: tired / ill )

5. Read the dialogue and underline the answers.自读课文，划出下列问题的答案。
