教学说明:

我教学的内容是4B M2U2 Cute animals的第一课时,课时话题为Pets。我班学生共有44名,有很大一部分学生在口语表达上有所欠缺,课堂上碰到比较难的内容就不敢尝试,需要不断地鼓励,并且调整上课节奏和内容,设计适合他们学***的内容。所以我整合了教材中Look and say、

Look and learn和Do a survey三个部分,知识目标是单词: fish, cat food, bone, dog food, parrot, tortoise, 句型: What does…eat? …eats…又拓展了词组talk with…能力目标是能运用问句询问别人宠物的习性。问句的运用是难点。我设定了四个教学语境:Peter’s pet, Kitty’s pet, Alice’s pet 和Danny’s pet. 在不同的语境中运用不同的方法教学。教学Peter’s pet在使用预习单的基础上,初步感知本课的句型What does …eat?

通过问答获取信息,运用学过的知识对Ginger的外貌、习性进行描述。在教学Kitty’s pet时,在学生理解的基础上提高操练层次,再次操练问句What does…like? What does…eat? 教学tortoise时,让学生根据对话内容进行介绍。教学parrot时,学生感知文本、获取信息,获取宠物的习性特征。而运用信息卡为post-task 的活动作个铺垫。Post-task中,让学生做个小调查,问问同伴是否有宠物或者想要什么宠物,激发学生对于宠物的热爱之情,情感得到升华。
