一,教学目标

1、知识目标

(1)全体学生能听懂、会说,认读和写单词:look

(2)全体学生能听懂、会说,认读和写单词:cashier, cola, dollar, cent, enjoy, careful,Be careful!

(3)全体学生能听懂、会说并认读下列句子:

I want a hot dog, please. How much is it? It’s thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.

2、技能目标:

(1)全体学生能读懂、理解课文大意并回答出相关问题。

(2)全体学生能运用已学语言完成点餐并能阅读相关短文。

3、情感目标:

(1)乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语。

(2)培养学生文明点餐和文明用餐意识。

(3)培养学生节约粮食,不要浪费意识。

二、教学重、难点

(一)教学重点

1. 认读和运用句子: How much is it? It’s thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents. 2. 借助教师搭建的支架,获取信息、加工信息,并在真实的语境中输出信息。

(二)教学难点

在真实的语境中熟练运用所学重点句型来点餐。

三、教学过程:

Step 1: Warm-up

1. Play “Mimi says stand up, sit down.”game.

2. Greetings

Step 2 Revision

1.

T show some pictures of food and drink, Ss read. 2.

2. Play “Who’s the fastest one?”game

Step 3 Lead-in 1.T introduce teacher’s holiday and ask Ss something about their holidays, Ss answer one by one. When Ss say the words of food and drink ,T write them on the whiteboard. a. How about your holiday?

b. Do you like the Spring Festival?

c. What do you do at the Spring Festival?

d. What did you eat / drink at the Spring Festival?

2. Simon and his dad are very hugry. They go to a restaurant to eat some food. What do they want to eat? Listen!

Step 4 New lesson

一.Activity 1

1. T show the questions and play the CD-Rom, Ss watch and listen. Q: a. What does Simon want to eat?

b. What does Simon’s father want to eat?

c. Is a dog really a hot dog?

2. T play it again, Ss read after it. 3. T and Ss read together.

4. Ss answer the questions one by one.

二.Activity 2

1. T show some pictures of food/drink and say, Ss listen and answer one by one..

T: I am hugry. I want to eat some dumplings and I want to drink some juice.What

do you want to eat? What do you want to drink?

2. T: Now Daming, Simon and Simon’s father are hungry.They are at a restaurant.

What does Daming/Simon/Simon’s father want to eat? What does Daming/Simon/Simon’s father want to drink? Listen!

3. T play the CD Rom, Ss listen to it. 4. T play it again, Ss read after it.

5. Teach new words when Ss read after the CD Rom.

a. cashier b. cola c. dollar d. cent e.enjoy f. careful g. Be careful! (1) T show pictures and say, Ss listen.

(2) Ss try to spell the words by themselves. (3) Ss read after T.

(4) Ss practice group by group, row by row, line by line, four by four, two by two, one by one.

6. T: Now please open your book and read after it again. 7. T and Ss read the text together.

8. Please answer the questions.T show PPT, Ss answer one by one. Q1:

a. What does Daming want? b. What does Simon want?

a. Ss practice four by four.
