Part B 教学目标：

Australia is far away. Is it far from here? Not very far. 2.复习前两节课所学的四会词汇和重点句型，能在教师创设的情景下进行问答，熟练运用所学知识。

Part B Let’s play部分的活动。

教学重难点：

教学准备：

PPT、单词卡片、图片

教学流程：

I. Leading In i .课前热身

教师通过Free talk环节将学生自然地引入英语学习氛围。教师逐一展示天安门、三亚、钟楼、自由女神、埃菲尔铁塔、伦敦桥的图片与学生进行简单交流，复习句型Where are you from?

I’m from... (通过这项活动复习国家名称和Part A中的句子。)

ii.新课导入

Let’s watch a video.

教师用PPT播放自己旅游时拍的一些照片,让学生了解一些城市。通过询问大熊猫的家乡，引出课题Unit 8 Where are you from?

（通过这项活动激发学生学习本课的兴趣，了解更多的城市名。）

Let’s learn more

教师借助PPT课件，通过提问袋鼠来自哪里，出示今天要学的句型:

Where do you come form? I come from …

1.微课讲授be from 和

come from 的用法。

2.出示一张世界地图，请学生在地图上找到中国、澳大利亚。

T：Where is China?

Where is Australia? 教师就中国和澳大利亚的地理位置，引导学生学习句型：

Australia is far from China. Australia is far away.

板书：Australia / far from / China 3.What countries do you know? 课件出示各国的国旗，让学生说出自己知道的国家名称，并用卡片练习：

T：Where do you come form?

S：I come from …

4.让学生看着国旗说一个代表本国家的城市。

Eg: Australia------ Sydney

France --------Pairs ...

ii.巩固活动

1.The world is so big, I want to have a look.

教师播放PPT，介绍：the Statue of Liberty自由女神像、

the White House白宫、London Bridge伦敦桥、Big Ben 大本钟、Eiffel Tower 埃菲尔铁塔、

the arc DE triomphe 凯旋门、kangaroos and Sydney Opera House悉尼歌剧院，反复练习句型：

Where do they come from?

They come from... Where are they from?

They are from... 2.教师提出问题:

Where does the woman come from?

Is it autumn in Australia?

Is Xi’an far from here?

播放Let’s learn more部分的录音，第一遍录音让学生听，第二遍要求学生模仿其语音语调并跟读Let’s learn more部分的对话，教师要注意引导学生读得准确、流畅。

3. 教师要求学生两人一组进行对话练习，教师随堂巡视，并提供有效地帮助。

4. 根据本班的学生情况，请几组学生进行对话表演。

III. Practice

在教师的指导下完成Part B Let’ s play部分的活动。Pairwork：

A: Where are you from? /Where do you come from? B: I’m from Dalian. / I come from Dalian.

A: Is it far from here? B: Yes. / No,not very far. IV.Consolidation Writing 1.介绍自己的外国朋友Kitty，播放一段关于Kitty的录音。让学生根据录音补充所缺的内容，并展示自己的成果。

2. 情感教育：
