能在语言、图片的帮助下理解故事内容，并能朗读故事。

能表演故事，并能恰当运用故事中的语言。

二、教学重难点：

1、学生能在语言、图片的帮助下读懂故事，并运用语言并运用正确的语音语调朗读故事。

2、难点：学生能表演故事并在实际情景中运用所学语言。

三、教学准备：相关视频、图片、词卡。

四、课时安排：1课时

五、教学过程：

Step1:Pre-reading (1)

T:Hello,boys and girls.Today we will have a funny class,and there four groups,If you do well,you can get a mark,Come come on. (2)

播放歌曲《My school》

Q：What is the song about? 设计意图：通过欣赏歌曲活跃课堂气氛导入话题。

Key:The song is about school,there are many rooms in the school.John’s school has many rooms.

What are they?

Sharp eyes. 设计意图：快看快说游戏复习学过的句子为新知做好铺垫。

Talk about John’s school like this? Is that the ...? Yes, it is.\No, it isn’t. 设计意图：让学生谈论学校课室复习旧知识为学习新知做好铺垫。

Step2 While-reading (1)通过看文本图听对话让学生感知文本，出示课文情境图问：

Who are they?Guess. Watch and find:Where are they? They are in the hippo’s____. 设计意图：通过看听问答，让学生从整体上感知文本回答问题，对文本内容有整体印象。

(2) Read picture2,3,4,5 and circle :Where do they visit in hippo’s school? 设计意图：让学生读图2-5的内容圈出所参观的课室，培养学生读故事抓要素的能力。

Read picture5 and find: Is that the computer room?学生朗读第五幅图之后回答

No, it’s not. 通过看视频理解No,it’s not=No, it isn’t. (4)

Watch picture6 and find；What does the hippo say?

设计意图：引导学生理解猜测It’s time for lunch.意思。

5 Read the whole story and think it over. Where is Zoom? 设计意图：整体回顾故事，想一想Zoom在哪儿？看第六幅图找到答案。

Step3 Post-reading (1)

Watch,listen and imitate.看视频模仿课文注意语音语调和情感。

Love life. 通过chant形式呼应歌曲our school ，使学生进一步感受学校的漂亮与温馨，从而激发学生对学校的热爱。
