Animals I like

Period 1 教学目标

1.能认读单词: giraffe, snake, elephant, zebra 2.能掌握问答句: What are they? They are zebras.

3.培养学生热爱动物之情. Multi-media, text book disk

Procedure:

Contents I. Pre-task:

Song

T: what do you like?

S1: I like cats.

S2: I like monkeys.

II.

While-task: Giraffe/ snake/ ….

Do you like giraffes?

Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.

They are giraffes.

What are they?

Methods 1.Listen and sing

2. show the animals and have them talk about their favourite animals.

1.Show the animals zoo and say: Look! There is a zoo. There are many animals on the zoo. What’s this? It’s a giraffe.

2. Read after T 3. Spell the words

1.show the picture and ask the students

1.show a picture of some giraffes and ask” How many giraffes?” Then point the picture and say “ They are giraffes.”

2. repeat after T.
