Unit 5 My clothes

一、教材分析:

本课为PEP小学英语四年级下册Unit 5 My clothes 第三学时Story time部分,主要讲授Zoom为参加学校派对将旧衣服变成新衣服,制作服装道具的故事,本单元前两个学时学生已经掌握了衣服不同种类的单词及句型,学生除了复习巩固句型Can I have your old T-shirt?等,还可以通过图片和上下文理解新句子:We’re having a party at school. Then cut two small holes for my eyes. How do I look? 本科故事语言生动活泼,在制作衣服过程描写细致,具有可操作性,能够激发学生学习语言的兴趣。

二、学生分析:

中年级的小学生求知欲强,有较强的观察力和模仿力,对新鲜事物充满好奇心,动口、动手、动脑的全身协调能力较好。虽然说学生学习英语已有一定基础对本课的学习内容学生们个别长单词、长句子会感到陌生,难度比较大。而且学生集中注意力时间短,学得快,忘得也快,这些都是对教师的挑战。

三、教学目标:

学生能够在图片视频的帮助下理解故事内容。学生能够会表达句子We’re having a party at school. Then cut two small holes for my eyes. How do I look?等句子。学生能够理解并会给不同角色配音以及表演故事。学生能够通过改造旧衣服的故事,学会废物利用,变废为宝。四、教学重点:

We’re having a party at school. What for? Then cut two small holes for my eyes. How do I look?句子的理解及应用表达。

五、教学难点:

We’re having a party at school.句子中’re having 的听音及读音。Then cut two small holes for my eyes,and cut two big holes for my arms.这一长句子的理解与表达。

六、教学流程:

Step1: Warm-up

1.Greetings.

T: Good morning , boys and girls. Are you happy?

Ss: Yes. I am happy.

T: I am happy, too. (say with body language)

Step2: New Concepts

1.Leading-in.

T: Here is a letter from our headmaster, who can read this letter for us?

We’re very happy to go to the party, but there is a question, What clothes do we wear ?

2.Game: Golden eyes

T: Here are some words about our clothes and our body, you can choose any one to speak out as quickly as possible.

3.Magic ball

T:W e want to go to the party, and our friends also want to. Let’s look ! Who are they?

They haven’t clothes. How to solve this promble?

4.Look and guess
