Teaching steps:

Step1:Greeting Free talk. Step2:Presentation 1.

Watch a video. Teddy’s birthday party.

Guess:What’s in the box?

Students read and learn about the letter”Uu”.

Teacher shows the word “cup”and students learn the word.

Learn the letter”Vv”.

Students read “V”. Do actions like “V”.

Listen and learn words”vegetable”&”violin”

Students learn the pronunciation of “V” according to these words.

Teacher teaches the letter “Ww”.

Watch a video. Students learn the letter by themselves. Students learn words: water,wolf,winter. Students write more words with “W”.

Step3:Pairwork Review the letters: U V W. Step4: Teach the letters”Xx-Zz”.

Read and learn “Xx”correctly.

Students read”Yy”and learn how to write “Yy”correctly.

Teacher shows the word “yo-yo”and students learn the word.

Look at the picture. Students read “Zz” and learn how to write “Zz”correctly.

Students listen and read the words. Step5:Writing Watch a video and write the letters down. Step6:Consolidation 1.

Play a game. Students find out the letters hidden in the picture. 2.

Let’s do more practice about the letters. 3.

Follow the video and dance together.
