用现在进行时进行谈论。

活动1【导入】He’s riding his bike, but it starts to rain.

Step 1. Warm up and lead in. 1. Show some pictures, review phrases and words: have lunch, ride a bike, watch TV, read a book, have a picnic, play football, swim, call out, wake up. 2. Review: Retell the text of Unit 1 with "He/She is ..., but..."

Step 2. Presentation 1. Listen and chant.(Review the present progressive.) 2. Listen and read. (1)Look at the pictures, listen to the MP3,guess the meaning of the pictures. (2)Read after the MP3. (3)Read by themselves in different ways. (4)Match game.

Step 3.Practise. 1. Look, match and say. (1)Work in groups, finish Activity 3. (2)Showtime. (Come to the front.) 2. Draw and say.

Work in groups, try to draw some movements, then say with present progressive.2·1·c·n·j·y e.g. Student 1draws"fly a kite",she/he should say: "I am flying a kite." Student 2 draws "fly a kite" too, she / he should say: "You are flying a kite and I am flying a kite too."

Step 4. Test and Consolidation. Teacher shows the pictures of Activity 2,students try to describe the pictures.

Step 5. Finish the task. Work in groups, finish the task: Talk about the movements in the poster with present progressive. Step 6. Listen and read. Then say the poem. (1)Listen to the MP3 of the poem. (2)Understand the meaning of the poem. (3)Read after the MP3. (4)Read to your partners.

Step 7. Homework. 1. Describe the pictures in Activity 2, and write them down. 2. Read the poem to your parents.
