Unit 4 My family 一、教学内容：

1.能听懂、会读、会说以下单词：family, father, mother, brother, sister, me。

2.能听懂、会读、会说This is…句型。

3.会运用This is…句型介绍自己的家庭成员。

4.通过游戏、chant、唱歌等环节让学生在轻松的环境中掌握新知，学会用英语介绍家人。

三、教学重点：

1.日常英语与句型：This is…

2.词汇：family, father, mother, brother, sister, me。

3.能正确、流利地朗读并理解故事。

四、教学难点：

词汇：family, father, mother, brother, sister, me的发音。

五、课前准备：课件、卡片、板书、头饰

六、教学过程：

Step1：Warming up

1.Sing a song: My family 2.Play a guessing game--magic eyes T: Class, I ask you who’s he/she? You can say He’s/She’s/ This is... He’s/She’s my friend. Are you ready? Let’s go. （电脑上快速闪过人物头像以及班级中两个同学的照片，让学生猜，板书This is）让学生用He’s/She’s/ This is... He’s/She’s my friend.造句。

3.Introduce your friends

T: This is Ying Yue. She’s my friend. This is Zhang Aoran. He’s my friend too. Now, can you introduce your friends to me?（电脑上显示He’s /She’s/This is...He’s /She’s my friend. He’s /She’s my friend too.的参考句型）

【设计意图】热身环节中教师通过唱歌的环节激发学生英语学习的热情，带动学生快速进入上课状态。通过猜人名的环节既帮助学生复习了旧知，也顺利过渡到

新内容This is...为用This is...句型介绍家人做铺垫。

Step2. Presentation 1. Introduce myself T: Look, who is she?（电脑上教师放了一张自己的照片让学生猜）

从而自然引出单词me。教授第一句chant，

me, me, this is me并教授动作。

【设计意图】该环节中老师通过自己的照片自然引出本堂课新授知识me,以及This is me.的句型，用chant的形式把单词放到句型中，chant节奏琅琅上口，易于学生记忆。

Introduce my family T: Look, this is my family. Now, please read after me, family. （电脑上教师放了一张自己和父母的照片，板书My family）

从而自然引出单词family，先教family,再教my family，再教This is my family.教授第二句chant，Family, family, this is my family，并教授动作。

Introduce my father T: Look, this is my father. I can draw father on my left finger, can you? （电脑上放一张左手手指画笑脸的照片，下面标明father, 板书my father）

从而自然引出单词father，先教father,再教my father，再教This is my father. 教授第三句chant，father, father, this is my father，并教授动作。

4.

Introduce my mother T: Look, this is my mother. I can draw mother on my right finger, can you draw it like me? （电脑上放一张右手手指画笑脸，并且上面带头发的照片，表明是女性，下面标明mother, 板书my mother）

从而自然引出单词mother，先教mother,再教my mother，再教This is my mother. 教授第四句chant，mother, mother, this is my mother，并教授动作。

5.

Say the whole chant Father, father, this is my father. Mother, mother, this is my mother. Me, me, this is me.

Family, family, this is my family. 【设计意图】在教授family, me, father, mother等单词时都是采用的同样节奏的chant，将内容分解，但前后又通过chant加密联系，chant简单上口，韵律感强。在教授father和mother时老师采用手指画的形式激发学生的学习兴趣，配上动作进行chant演示，充分体现了在学中玩，玩中学的理念，学生学习热情高昂，学习积极性强。

6. Watch and answer T:

Class, I just told you about my family. Now, look, Mike is also introducing his family to his friends. Do you want to know Mike’s family? Now, let’s watch the cartoon and try to count how many people are there in the story? Please watch and count with your fingers, and you can tell me whether you choose A or B or C.（电脑上老师放Mike介绍家人的卡通，并让学生回答选择题，Mike家里有几个人）

T: Who are they?（电脑上一个个呈现Mike家人的照片，板书my brother和my sister，并且贴好Mike家人的头像照片）

在问题中引出单词brother, sister, Tim, Helen。

【设计意图】在这一环节中，老师让学生通过卡通对文本能有整体感知。图文并茂展示在黑板上让学生更加直观的感知课文内容。

Step3. Practice 1.Let’s read after Mike T: Now, let’s read after Mike. 2.Read by yourselves 3. Act as Mike 【设计意图】在这一环节中，老师让学生先跟读课文，再自读，在朗读时模仿语音语调，再根据板书扮演Mike来介绍家人，培养学生读和说的能力。在扮演Mike的过程中，既能锻炼学生的复述能力，又能让学生掌握介绍家人的方法和顺序。

Step4. Consolidation

I can introduce: the teacher will show some nice photos of happy families to the students and then invite three students to come to introduce their families. The teacher will offer students some useful sentences.

T: Now, class, I’ve told you about my family and we learn Mike’s family. What about yours?

Let’s enjoy some nice photos of happy families. Work in pairs （电脑上播放学生与家人的合照，然后提供介绍家人的模板，先让学生同桌之间介绍自己的家人，再邀请三个同学介绍自己家庭）

【设计意图】在这一环节中，老师充分发挥学生学习的主观能动性，让学生说，自己展示家人，老师在旁辅助引导。

Step5. Summary

（电脑上呈现介绍家人的重点句型。）、

Step6. Extension

（电脑上播放family的公益短片，老师讲解短片的内容以及蕴含的意义，解析family每个字母代表的是Father and mother I love you. 并教授学生说这句话。）

【设计意图】在这一拓展环节中，老师通过这堂课内容延伸到实际生活，让学生感受到小小一个单词family蕴含如此深刻的含义，并且激发学生对父母的感恩和热爱之情。

Step7. Homework 1.Tell your parents “Father and mother I love you”. 2. Introduce your family to your friends. 【设计意图】在布置作业这一环节中，老师让学生把所学运用到生活中，一方面是回家对父母说Father and mother I love you。另一个是向朋友介绍家人，充分锻炼学生说英语的能力。
