相关音视频、图片、词卡、Monkey、Hippo、Rabbit、Zip,Zoom的头饰。

Step 1 Preparation

1)Read aloud复习单词和短语。

(设计意图:复习学过的学校课室,为学习新知做好铺垫。)

2)Look and answer

(设计意图:通过让学生观看图片并回答问题,复习旧知this和that的区别用法,并为学习新知做好铺垫。)

3)Work in pairs

操练句型Is this/that...?Yes, it is. /No, it` s not.

Step 2 Presentation

1.出示课本情境图问:Who are they? Guess!

学生读第5幅图内容回答No.

4. Watch picture 6 and find:What does the hippo say?

(设计意图:通过看第六幅图视频回答参观完教师办公室后河马说了什么。) It’s time for lunch! PPT出示It’ s time for lunch!再出示钟表上12点的时刻引导学生思考句型的意思It` s time for lunch!通过语音迁移字母“i-e”发音学生试读出“time ”, It` s time for lunch. 师板书、领读、小组内练习。
