第一课时
教学目标:
1. 能听会说What is his job?He is a teacher.
2. 能听懂,会说teacher, driver, doctor,nurse, pupil关于职业的单词
3. 能所学句子和他人进行对话交流
教学重、难点:

教学过程:
一、热身
1.自由会话。

二、
呈现与操练
1. Look at my photo .This is my father. My father is great. He knows many things. He’s a teacher. Today we will learn unit5 My father is great. (板书课题) 领读课题
2. T: Answer my question. What’s my father’s job?
S: Teacher.
T: You can say : He is a teacher.
领读单词teacher (大小声游戏)
老师板书teacher 单词。教师出示图片问:What’s his job?
学生回答He is a teacher. 板书核心语言。教师出示情境图给出框架:My father is great. He knows many things. He is a_______. 3. T: I am your English teacher. What’s your job?
S: I am a pupil.
T: Yes. You are all pupils. Can you make a sentence with pupil? 教师采用游戏接龙来操练新词pupil. 如:I am a thin/ tall/… pupil. 4. Li Ming’s father is great , too.
What’s his job? 教师出示情景图听录音, 引导学生回答:He is a taxi driver. 引出新词并板书。领读单词,小组内作对话。
5.教师创设情景,做出生病的样子,并说:I have a headache. I need a doctor. Guess who is doctor. 出示图片并领读。板书单词。
6.教师描述职业特点,学生猜职业名称。出示图片并说:What is her job? 引出新词
nurse 领读并板书。让学生区分his 和her 的区别。并分别与同桌作对话。
7. 做动作猜职业游戏。(巩固核心语言及单词)

巩固拓展
教师出示教学挂图,让学生边看图,边听录音。尽量模仿录音的语速,语音,语调,最后与同伴进行分组表演。

课后作业
1. 听录音,跟读Listen and read内容
2. 课后用学过的新单词,尝试跟爸爸妈妈交流
