Emotional objectives: Ss be able to reuse something and find the joy.

Teaching procedure: Step 1 warm-up 1.

Greeting. 2.

Watch the video.

Step 2 pre-reading 1. Ss get to know the meaning of some new words.

Step 3 While-reading 1.

T and Ss talk about the function of an old T-shirt. 2.

T asks the question: “What does Zoom do with the old T-shirt?”, Ss listen to the story again and try to find the answer. 3. Ss read the story by themselves, try to answer “How does Zoom make the new clothes?”

Step 4 After-reading 1.Ss listen and read the story,then try to retell. 2.Ss look at the blackboard, put the words in the right place.

Step 5 Homework 1. Read the story after class. 2. Try to tell your friends this story.
