【第一课时】

Lesson 1 【教学目标】

1.

能够听、说、认读5个表示学校场馆的单词classroom, art room, library, toilet, playground以及3个短语first floor, second floor, third floor. 2.

能够在语境中正确运用这些词语来描述某人在学校的哪个地方：Where is …? He/She/It is in the…及He/She/It is on the… floor. 【教学重难点】

本课是Unit 2 My School的Lesson 1，主要学习表示学校场馆的单词，通过做游戏、问答等方式进行教学，培养学生热爱英语的兴趣和主动参与学习的积极性。

【教学过程】

一、教学导入

1.

教师热情地和学生打招呼问好，并做简单的Free talk. 2.

教师播放本课Lesson 1 A部分的歌曲《My School》, 自然引出“school”这一话题。

（1）播放第一遍，学生仔细听。

（2）播放第二遍，学生尝试跟着录音唱。

（3）播放第三遍，老师带着学生一起唱。

二、新课呈现

1.

教师出示几张有关学校的图片。

T: Boys and girls, look! What is this? Ss: It’s our school.

T: Yes, it’s beautiful. I like it very much. Do you like our school?

S1: Yes, I do. S2: …

T: Can you describe our new school for me? （让学生简单描述，可用汉语，老师也可适当给提示）

S1: Look at …, this is …

S2: 有大的操场…

S3: 漂亮的花园…

（多问几个学生，让学生初步感知美丽的校园，为下面的词汇学习做铺垫）

教授5个表示学校场馆的单词：

（1）教授单词library：

T: I like reading very much. If I want to read many books, where should I go? Ss: 图书馆。

T: Yes, you are right. Do you know how to express it in English? 教师出示library 的单词卡片，教授新词。练习这个单词的发音时复习已学过的含辅音连缀的单词，如ice-cream, brother, friend, hungry。

然后把词放进句子中操练。

T: What can you see in the library? S: I can see many books. T: Do you like library? S: Yes. （2）以同样的方式教授单词classroom, art room, toilet, playground.，然后教师教读这几个新单词，学生跟读。

3.

教授句型Where is …? He/She/It is in the…及He/She/It is on the… floor.和三个短语first floor, second floor, third floor. （1）教授句子和短语first floor: T: Look! I have a picture. This is a picture of our school. （教师出示校园分布图）

T: Lily is reading. Where is she? （学生仔细观察图片）

Ss: 在图书馆。

T: Yes, you are right. Do you know how to express it in English?

教师给出完整的表达：She is in the library. （教师指着校园分布图“library”所在的位置）

T: Where is the library? Ss: 在一楼。

T: Yes, you are right. Do you know how to express it in English? 教师出示first floor的短语卡片，先教授这个短语，再教授完整的句子It's on the first floor. 强调“在几楼”用介词“on”。然后指着校园分布图上在一楼的library等，引导学生运用Where is …? It's on the first floor.进行问答。

（2）以同样的方式教授短语second floor, third floor, 然后教师播放B部分的录音，学生听音跟读。

三、基础巩固

1.

教师教读Lesson 1 A部分和B部分单词和对话，学生跟读。

2.

两人一组，观察校园分布图，用句型Where is …? He/She/It is in the…及He/She/It is on the… floor.进行对话练习。

S1: Where is the classroom? S2: It is on the second floor. Where is Bill? S1: He is in the art room. 四、外延拓展

教师给每个学生分发一张校园分布图，请同学们用本节课所学的单词和短语进行地点名称的标注（参考A 部分的图片）。

五、练习作业

1.

完成C部分的单词拼写，注意单词中的字母在四线三格的占位。

2.

熟读对本节课所学的单词和句型。

3.

抄写表示科目的单词，英文10遍，中文1遍。
