Section D 是一节复习课，在综合复习

Section A-C 的词汇、语法和功能句的基础上，巩固学生本话题的学习内容。学生将在

1a 的阅读环节中，了解到好心情对人们的身心健康的重要性，学会通过参加适当的运动，拥有健康的饮食习惯、充足的睡眠，遇到问题主动向老师和同学请求帮助等来保持好的心情，克服不良情绪，并学会照顾自己。在最后的生成环节，要求学生准备关于如何的演讲稿，拓展延伸所学内容，检测学生综合运用语言的能力。

Knowledge aims：

1. 学生正确朗读出单词表所有单词及短语，能正确拼读、书写并运用黑体单词。

2. 能熟练掌握简单句的六种基本句型。

3. 学生能自如地谈论如何拥有好的心情。

4．学生能综合运用本课短语、句型写出关于克服不良情绪，学会照顾自己的短文。

Skill aims：

1. 能听懂与课本内容难度相当的，有关保持好心情的相关材料。

2. 能正确运用本话题所学内容，比较流利地谈论如何克服不良情绪，照顾自己的话题。

3. 能阅读有关如何克服不良情绪的短文，并能做出相关的阅读练习。

4. 能综合运用本话题的语法，词汇，句型写出影响自己心情的事物, 自己又是怎样克服这些不良情绪的短文。

Emotional aims：

通过本节课的学习，让学生明白积极的情绪可以帮助他们健康成长，有利于他们的身心发育，所以要注意保持好的心情，懂得克服不良情绪，学会照顾自己，调控自己的情绪。

Ⅵ. Teaching procedures Step1 Free Talk

Teacher arouses the students by playing a game, and then talk about the pictures about this question: What things often affect your feelings or moods? And how does it affect you? The purpose of this step is to help the students understand many things can affect our feelings and how they affect our feelings. Step2 Discussion in groups Discuss the question in groups: What do you usually do to stay in high spirits when you are in a bad mood? The purpose of this step is to check what ways the students have known. Step3 Read and compare. The teacher ask the following question: Which suggestions are the same as ours? And which are different? The purpose of this step is to direct the students to read the passage carefully and develop their reading ability. The teacher plans to divide

four steps to do it. First, read and compare and complete the chart on Page 24; Second, explain the new words and expressions. Third, careful reading and further understanding by finding out the phrases or sentences that have similar meanings as the following sayings; Last, let the students retell the passage according to the key words on the board to check if they really understand how to stay in high spirits. 1.Share your happiness, you’ll get more happiness; pour out your sadness, you’ll feel only half of it.

2.Look before you leap(跳跃). 3.Four eyes see more than two. 4.Without sleep, no health. 5.All work and no play makes Jack a dull(愚钝的) boy. 6.Better wear out(磨破) shoes than sheets(床单). Step4 Group work The teacher sets tasks to each group:

How do you help them to stay in good spirits? The purpose of this step is to let students learn to use what they learn to solve their own problems in their real life. And the teacher also gives many other activities the students can do when they are in a low spirit. And help the students realize to choose active and healthy ways to live, telling them everyone only has one life. We should do something useful, do something meaning.

Homework 1. Review the new words, phrases and useful

expressions in this topic.

2. Collect the phrases with “feeling”, “spirit”, “mood” and try to understand their different uses.

3. Write a passage to talk about what you will do to stay in good spirits.
