教学简案

Unit 2 Ways to go to school Part B Let’s try& Let’s talk Teaching Aims Students can understand and talk about the traffic rules in life with the sentence patterns: Don’t ..., You must/ should....and understand some simple traffic signs.

Teaching procedure Step 1 1.

Greet to the students and show a video about a traffic accident. Invite students to predict what will happen next. Present today’s topic: traffic rules. (设计意图：利用交通宣传视频既让学生感知到本节课学习的主题，又引起学生猜测故事后面的发展，让学生带着问题去学习，激发学习动机。) Step 2 1.

Listen to the listening excise and choose the right answer. Listen again and check the answers. 2.

Watch the video of the dialog and answer question: How can Wu Yifan get to the hospital? 3.

Read the dialog and find the info of riding bikes in the USA. Learn the new word “helmet”

What does Mr. Jones tell Wu Yifan to do. 5.

Sump-up the traffic rules have learned. (设计意图：让学生自己总结本节课所学到的交通规则，使用到Don’t..., You must... , You should...句型。达到思想内容和语言形式的统一) Step 3 1.

Listen and read the dialog. Then role-play in pairs. （设计意图：学生的仿读要求学生从准确，流畅，生动三个方面对自己和他人的朗读进行评判。让学生更清晰的理解朗读的要求，掌握正

确的语音语调。）

2. Recognize some simple traffic signs. 3. Be a policeman and talk about the pictures. （设计意图：让学生用所学句式和语言来描述四幅漫画，既培养学生综合运用语言的能力，又达到让学生遵守交通规则的情感教育。）

Watch a video of pubic ad and know the importance of obeying traffic rules. 2.

Assign homework.
