一、内容要求解析

二、学生情况分析

本单元的主题为Cute animals,主要学习内容为动物类词汇parrot, tortoise,猫和狗吃的食物bone, fish, cat food, dog food,特殊疑问句What does ...(do)? 以及对它的回答。

通过之前的学习,学生已接触过部分核心词汇,学习了如何用一般现在时简单介绍动物的外貌特征、性格。根据学生现有的生活经验,他们对家养动物以及它们的生活习性也有所了解。

鉴于学生的学习情况,我确定了本单元的主题为“Cute animals”,三个课时的话题分别为“Read some stories about cute animals”,“Introduce my pet”和“Find a home for…”。在第一课时,

我将Look and learn部分内容与Learn the sounds、Say and act板块进行整合,要求学生能分角色表演故事、扮演故事主角介绍自己;在第二课时,我将Look and learn部分内容与Look and say、Listen and enjoy板块进行整合,要求学生能扮演主人公介绍自己的宠物;第三课时在第二课时的基础上进行整合,让学生介绍不同动物的外貌特征、生活习性、喜好和本领。

1.能知晓字母-o和字母组合-oe, -oa的读音规则,并能正确朗读相关词汇、句子及儿歌。

2.能拼读、理解、运用核心词汇fish, cat food, dog food, cute,并能在情境中正确运用这些词汇来介绍小动物。

3.能在句子中识别动词一般现在式(第三人称单数)的词形变化;能运用第三人称单数介绍小动物。

4.能在语境中正确运用核心句型What does…(do)?询问小动物的相关信息。

5.能整合所学的词汇与句型,从名字、外形、饮食、喜好、本领这几方面介绍一种小动物,并能围绕话题完成至少五句话的书写。

●学习策略

1. 通过记录笔记的方式提取语篇中有关小动物的具体信息。

2. 尝试通过具体信息、特殊疑问句以及概念性关键词来梳理语言逻辑,理解可以从名字、外形、饮食、喜好、本领这几方面介绍小动物。

●文化与情感

通过故事、讨论宠物、为小动物找新家的语境,感受小动物们各自的可爱,懂得关爱动物、保护动物、帮助动物。

Period 1 Read some stories about cute animals

Min and Mog are two cute cats and they are good friends.

Min: What do you have, Mog?

Mog: I have a fish. Do you like the fish, Min?

Min: Yes. It smells nice. I like it.

Mog: Let’s eat it together!

Min: Thank you, Mog.

Now they’re both very happy.

Patty is a pretty parrot. Tom is a cute tortoise. Dolly is a lovely dog.

Patty: Dolly, what food do you like?

Dolly: I like meat and bones. What about you?

Patty: I like corn. And I like fruit, too. What food do you like, Tom?

Tom: I like meat and fruit. I have some fruit. Let’s eat them together.

Patty: Thanks, Tom.

Dolly: I have some meat. We can eat together, Tom!

Tom: Thank you, Dolly.

Period 2 Introduce my pet

Peter and some of his classmates have their own pet. Now they are talking about their pets. Peter: My pet is a cat. Her name is Ginger.

Danny: Ginger is very cute. What does she eat?

Peter: She eats fish. It’s her favourite food

Danny: Does she eat cat food?

Peter: Yes, she does. She eats a large bowl of cat food every day.

Danny: What can Ginger do?

Peter: She can catch mice. She is clever. I like her very much.

Danny: What’s your pet, Kitty?

Kitty: My pet is a dog. His name is Sam.

Danny: What does Sam like?

Kitty: He like bones. He likes meat too.

Danny: Does he like dog food?

Kitty: No, he doesn’t. He doesn’t eat dog food at all.

Danny: What can Sam do?

Kitty: He can guard our house. He’s brave. I like him very much.

Peter: How about your pet, Danny?

Danny: My pet is a tortoise. His name is Tim.

Peter: What does Tim eat?

Danny: He eats meat.

Peter: What else does he eat?

Danny: He eats vegetables.

Peter: What can Tim do?

Danny: He can hid e in his shell. He’s funny. I like him very much.

Period 3 Find a home for…

Peter is in the animal shelter. He wants to help the animals.

Mr Green: This is Coco. She is a cute cat. She has a fat body and a long tail. She eats cat food and fish. She likes sitting on your legs. She also likes watching TV. She can catch mice. She needs a forever home.

Peter: I got it. (鹦鹉叫声) Oh, who’s there?

Mr Green: It’s Joe. He’s a parrot.

Peter: Hello, Joe. (Joe: Hello, hello.)

Peter: Wow, he can speak. Look at his big eyes and colourful feathers. He’s very pretty.

Mr Green: Yes.

Peter: What does he eat?

Mr Green: He eats corn.

Peter: What does he like doing?

Mr Green: He likes playing hide-and-seek. He also likes flying around you.

Peter: What can he do?

Mr Green: He can speak. He can rap too.

【第三课时教学目标】

1. 能知晓字母-o和字母组合-oe, -oa的读音规则,并能正确朗读相关儿歌。

2. 能在语境中熟练运用核心词汇介绍小动物。

3. 能在语境中比较熟练地运用第三人称单数介绍小动物。

4. 能根据情境,熟练运用核心句型What does ... (do)?询问小动物的信息,并作出相应回答。

5. 能尝试通过自主提问、归纳概念性关键词的方式,理解可以从名字、外形、饮食、喜好、本领这几方面介绍小动物,并完成至少五句话的书写。

6. 能通过语篇、图片和视频资源,体验小动物们的可爱,懂得关爱动物。

【教学重点】

能熟练运用核心词汇和句型为小动物撰写介绍。

【教学难点】

能根据概念性关键词介绍小动物。
