二、单元教学目标

语言知识与技能

1. 能够知晓字母组合“-oe-”, “-oa”-, “-o-”的读音规则,初步了解元音字母以及元音字母组合在单词中的发音规律。

2. 能正确朗读、理解、背记核心词汇bone, fish, cat food, dog food, parrot, tortoise,并能在宠物店买宠物的语境中运用这些词汇来谈论宠物的特征,饮食习惯等。

3. 能在语境中用What does… eat?来询问动物的饮食习惯,并能用It eats…进行回答。

4. 能够在故事语境中,了解介词in, onto, off的意思和用法,并能运用适当的介词在故事语境中进行描述。

在语境中,能够熟练运用词汇bone, fish, cat food, dog food, parrot, tortoise以及It is… It can… It eats…等句型来描述动物,能够较合理的介绍动物的基本特征和习性。此外,能够在语境中尝试运用一般现在时描述故事的起因,经过和结果。

三、学情分析

学生在一到三年级Animals的主题下学习了一些与动物相关的对话和儿歌,通过图片,能够对动物进行简单的描述。到了四年级,学生能够根据自己的喜好去宠物店购买宠物,并在这个过程中了解小动物的特征、习性等,感受小动物的可爱,形成对小动物关心爱护的情感。同时学生也能够在小动物故事的学习中,明白要乐于分享和助人为乐的道理。
